<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA
<br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE )
<br />FINAL DECREE.
<br />OF ALEX SCHEIBEL,DECEASED. )
<br />Now on this 6th day of September,1940,this cause came on for
<br />hearing upon the final report filed herein by Henry Scheibel the administrator of the estate of
<br />Alex Scheible,deceased and upon his application for the approval and allowance of said report,
<br />settlement of the said estate and his discharge as administrator of said estate,and the court
<br />having examined the records and files herein including said report and vouchers attached thereto,
<br />and being fully advised in the premises,finds as follows:
<br />That on the 16th day of November,1939,Henry Scheibel,brother of Alex Scheibel,deceased,filed his
<br />petition in this court in which he alleged among other things,that Alex Scheibel departed this
<br />life in Hall County,Nebraska on the 4th day of November,1939 leaving no last will and testament
<br />and asking that he the said Henry Scheibel be appointed administrator of the estate of the said
<br />Alex Scheibel,deceased; That upon reading and filing this petition,this court entered an order
<br />fixing the time and place for hearing said petition and giving notice thereof,as provided by law;
<br />that the said matter coming on to be heard upon the day fixed by the court,the said Henry Scheibel
<br />was duly appointed administrator of the estate of Alex Scheibel deceased and Letters of Adminis-
<br />tration were issued to him.
<br />That due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and place fixed by the court
<br />for filing claims against the esta.te,and all persons having claims against the estate,not filed
<br />within the time fixed by the court,if any such there be,should be forever barred,excluded and en-
<br />joined from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate. That deceased departed
<br />this life leaving as his heirs at law and only heirs at law,devisees,legatees,and persons entitled
<br />to share in his estate,the following named persons: Christina Scheibel sometimes known as Chirstina
<br />Scheibel,Widow,Edward Scheibel,a son,Elsie Minnie Scheibel,a daughter,Esther Emma Scheibel,a
<br />daughter,Rueben Alexander Scheibel,a son,all of the last named being residents of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, and Mrs. Lydia Chace, a daughter, of Burbank, California, all of legal age.
<br />That the said deceased departed this life theowner in fee simple to the following described real
<br />estate situated in Hall County,Nebraska,to wit:
<br />One House on Lot 8,Block 25,of the Russel - Wheeler Addition to'the City of Grand Island,Nebraska.
<br />One House on Lot 6,Block 2,of the Evans Addition to the City of Grand Island,Nebraska.
<br />Farm (80 acres) on the South One half (9 ;) of the Northwest Quarter (NW4),Section Fifteen (Sec 15),
<br />Township Eleven (Twp 11),North Range Eleven West (N 11 W).
<br />Deceased further departed this life the owner in fee simple to the following described real es-
<br />tate situated in Merrick County,Nebraska:
<br />One brick building situated upon the East Twenty nine and one quart -er feet (E 294) of Lot Twelve
<br />(L-12) in Block Twenty -two (B -22) of the City of Chapman,Nebraska.
<br />That the said real estate hereinbefore described did pass and descend as provided by the law of
<br />the State of Nebraska as follows:
<br />To the said Christina Scheibel (Sometimes known as Chirstina Scheibel) a life estate in the home-
<br />stead situated on Lot 6,of Block 2,of the Evans Addition to the City of Grand Island,Nebraska.
<br />Also to the said Christina Scheibel a ONE THIRD interest in and to the said described homestead
<br />and a ONE THIRD interest in all of the real estate set out and described in the above paragraph.
<br />To the said Edward Scheibel,a son,Lydia Chace,a daughter,Elsie Minnie Scheibel,a daughter,Esther
<br />Emma Scheibel,a daughter,and Rueben Alexander Scheibel,a son,and to each of them shall pass a
<br />TWO /FIFTEENTHS interest in all of the above mentioned and described real estate; The interests of
<br />all and the interests of each of them,however,subject to the life estate of the said Christina
<br />Scheibel in the homestead,as afore mentioned and provided herein.
<br />To the said Christina Scheibel,widow,shall go all of the personal property as listed in the said
