That the report of the executor,George Alberts,filed herein,be and the same is hereby in all that he left no wife,other living children,or the living issue of any deceased children,who are heirs of his estate,and that the said Van Darral Alberts and Raul Cirus Alberts are the sold and only heirs of his estate.
