<br />instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of G.H.Alberts,also known as Gotlieb
<br />Herbert. Alberts and as Herman Gottlieb Albrize,d.ecea.sed,was filed for probate in this Court.
<br />That on the 16th day of March 1940,said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly
<br />proved,probated and allowed as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said
<br />G.H.Alberts,also known as Gotlieb Herbert Alberts and as Herman Gottlieb Albrize,deceased,and the
<br />same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court this 16th

<br />Gotlieb Herbert Alberts,and as
<br />Herman Gottlieb Albrize,deceased. ) BE IT REMEMBERED that on this 10th day of August,A.D.,1940,
<br />it being the day fixed for approving the executor's final account,hearing on his petition for
<br />final settlement and determination of heirship,it appearing from proofs filed that due notice was
<br />given by publication of the time heretofore fixed for said hearing,there being no objections on
<br />file,and the court being fully advised,finds:
<br />1. That G.H.Alberts died testate on the 16th day of December,A.D.1939,a resident of Denver Coun-
<br />ty,Colorado; that he left surviving him as his next of kin,legatees,devisees and heirs at law,the
<br />following named persons,to -wit:
<br />Van Darral Alberts,669 South Valencia,Los Angeles,California, a son,
<br />Raul Cirus Alberts,110 East 7th Street,Flint,Michigan,a son,
<br />Mrs. Emma Anna Henderson, `Food River, Nebraska, a. sis'Ger,
<br />Richard Bernhart Alberts,Roy,Idaho,a. brother,
<br />George Alberts,Wood River,Nebraska,a brother,
<br />of legal age; that he left no wife,other living children,or the living issue of any deceased
<br />children,who are heirs of his estate,and that the above named persons are the sole and only heirs
<br />of his estate and the only persons-interested therein.
<br />2. That on the 16th day of March,A.D.1940,the last will and testament of G.H.Alberts,deceased,
<br />was duly proved,allowed and admitted to proba.te,and on said date,George Alberts was appointed
<br />executor of his estate,qualified as such,and has been acting in said capacity ever since.
<br />3, That due notice was given to creditors of the time limited within which to file claims against
<br />said estate; that such time has duly expired; that all claims against said estate,includ.ing the
<br />expenses of last illness of the decedent,his funeral expenses and costs of administration,have
<br />been paid in full; that the further presentation and hearing on claims against said estate is
<br />forever barred; that there is no inheritance tax due the state of Nebraska,and no estate tax due
<br />the United States of America.
<br />4. That the report of the executor filed herein is in all things true and correct,and should be
<br />approved and allowed as and for his final report; that there is no money or personal property left
<br />In the hands of the executor for distribution; that the executor has personally advanced the sum
<br />of $100.94 to pay the court costs and expenses of administration of this court.
<br />5. That said G.H.Alberts died seized and possessed of an undivided one - fourth interest in and to
<br />the Northwest quarter of Section 22,in Township 9,North of Range 12,West of the 6th P.M.,in Hall
<br />County,Nebraska; that by the terms and provisions of the last will and testament of said G.H.
<br />Alberts,deceased, said real estate was devised to George Alberts.
<br />6. That the said G.H.Alberts was also known as Gotlieb Herbert Alberts, and as Herman Gottlieb
<br />Albrize,and that the said George Alberts is also known as George Albrize.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the court:
