<br />Nellie States,a niece,of Ravenna,Nebraska,
<br />Alice Airhood, a niece, of Norfolk, Nebraska, and
<br />Luella Frye, a.niece,of.Sweetwater,Nebraska, they being the children of Tom Terry,a deceased brother
<br />of said Testatrix,
<br />Alice Airhood having died since the death of the testatrix,her share in said estate,by right of
<br />representation,goes to her heirs or legal representative,
<br />Ione Johnson,a grand- niece,of Bradish,Nebraska,
<br />Ivan Johnson,a grand- nephew,of and
<br />Bernard Johnson,a grand - nephew,of , they being children of Susie Johnson,a deceased
<br />daughter of Tom Terry,a deceased brother of said testatrix,
<br />Owen Terry,a nephew,of ; and
<br />Henry G.Terry,a nephew,of they being the children of James and Clara Terry, and
<br />are the beneficiaries of an assignment of one -half interest of Maude Terry Johnson's share in said
<br />estate.
<br />That notice has been given to all interested parties,as provided by law,of the time and
<br />place for filing claims against said estate,and said time having fully expired,all persons having
<br />claims against said estate not filed within the time provided by order of this Court should be
<br />forever barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate:
<br />That said estate has been appraised for the purpose of determing the Inheritance Tax,if
<br />any,due said Hall County,Nebraska,and the tax found due has been fully paid:
<br />That said decedent was the owner of real estate at the time of her death described as fol-
<br />lows: Fractional Lot Six (6),in Fractional Block Six (6) of Rollin's Addition,and its complement,
<br />Fractional Lot Seven (7),in Fractional Block Nineteen (19),of H.G.Clark's Addition; all being sit-
<br />uated in the City of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska,and being the residence property of said
<br />deceased located at 716 West 6th Street,and
<br />The Northeast Quarter (NEi) of Section Five (5),Township Twelve (12) North,Range Fifteen (15),West
<br />of the 6th P.M.,in Buffalo County,Nebraska;
<br />That said real estate passed and descended in accordance with the terms and provisions of
<br />the Last Will and Testament of said decedent,and the assignment effecting the share of Maude Terry
<br />Johnson:
<br />That all the personal property owned by said decedent at the time of her death has been
<br />reduced to cash,and after the payment of all claims and debts found due from said estate,including
<br />funeral expenses,attorney fees and costs of administration,the balance has been distributed by
<br />said executor in accordance with the terms and provisions of said Will and the assignment made by
<br />Maude Terry Johnson to Owen R.Terry and Henry G.Terry as shown by said executor's final report:
<br />That the final report filed herein by said Executor,together with its supplemental report,
<br />are true and correct in all things and should be approved and allowed as and for said executor's
<br />final report,said estate settled and closed and said executor discharged and released from any
<br />further liability in said matter.
<br />IT IS,THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims
<br />against said estate not filed and allowed within the time ordered by the Court are forever barred
<br />and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the real estate,hereinbefore
<br />described,be and the same is hereby set over and assigned to the devisees in accordance with the
<br />terms and provisions of said Will,and the terms of the assignment affecting the shares of Maude
<br />Terry Johnson,Owen R.Terry and Henry G.Terry.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report,together
<br />with the supplemental report,filed herein by the Grand Island Trust Company,of Grand Island,Neb-
<br />raska,Executor of said estate,be and the same is hereby approved and allowed as and for its final
<br />report,said estate is hereby settled and closed and said executor discharged and released from any
<br />further liability in said matter.
