<br />I give,devise and bequeath unto Mrs.Massie Sprague,or Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska,the sum
<br />of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for her services to me in the past,provided that she files no
<br />claim against my estate for said services. In the event she does assert a claim against my estate
<br />in excess of the sum of $500.00,then this legacy to lapse.

<br />I give,devise and bequeath unto Harry Hollingsworth now residing in California the sum of One
<br />Thousand Dollars ($1000.00),he having been my ward in the past and I being greatly attached to

<br />The rest, residue and remainder of my estate,of every kind and nature whatsoever and wheresoever
