<br />paid and that all costs and expenses of administration have been fully paid; that all legacies under
<br />said will have been fully paid and satisfied as per receipt on file herein; that said estate and the
<br />succession thereto is not subject to any inheritance tax under the laws of Nebras.�a; that all debts
<br />and claims against said estate, not filed or allowed, if any there be, are forever barred and all
<br />such creditors, if any there be, having such unfiled debts or claims against said estate are forever
<br />enjoined from setting up said claims against said estate; that the personal estate has been dis-
<br />tributed in accordance with the provisions of the will of the deceased; that all real estate owned
<br />by the testatrix, including that hereinbefore described, passed and descended under Item Second of
<br />the will of the deceased and the statute of wills of Nebraska to her husband, Sam Jensen, also known
<br />as Samuel Jensen and the same is so awarded to him; that the estate has been fully administered and
<br />is hereby closed and the executor is hereby discharged of his trust.

<br />this 21st day of August,1940. Present: Paul N.Kirk,County Judge.
<br />BE IT REMEMBERED that on the 23rd day of July, 1940 ,E.W.Augustine,Administrator of the Estate of
<br />Howard M.Augustine,deceased,filed in this Court his final account as such Administrator and a
<br />petition praying that said account be allowed; for a decree of heirship,an order of distribution,
<br />a final settlement thereon and discharge.
<br />For these purposes,the 21st day of August,1940,at10..o' clock A.M.at the County Court Room in said
<br />County,was assigned as the time and place for hearing said petition,examining and allowing said
<br />account;and it was ordered that notice of the pendency of said petition and the hearing hereof
<br />be given to all persons.interested in said matter by publishing a notice of said order in the
<br />Grand Island Independent, a legal newspaper printed in said County, for three weeks prior to
<br />said day of hearing; and it appears by proof on file that said notice was given as ordered by
<br />Court and no objections have been filed or made to said petition and final account.
<br />Upon examination of the record and the evidence in this matter and being duly advised in the
<br />premises,the Court finds as follows:
