J.H.Mullin, Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby certify that on the <br />3rd day of September, 1925, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Christine <br />Jensen, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 3rd day of September 1925, said <br />Instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as the last <br />will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Christine Jensen, deceased, and the same <br />was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court this <br />5th day of September, 1925- <br />(SEAL) J.H. Mullin <br />County Judge <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE ) <br />Case <br />OF CHRISTINE JENSEN, DECEASED. ) FINAL�DECREE. <br />Now on this 13th day of August, 1940, this cause came on to be heard upon the final report and <br />account of Sam Jensen, also known as Samuel Jensen, executor of the estate of Christine Jensen, <br />deceased, and the court finds from the proofs on file herein that legal notice, as by law and the <br />order of this court required, has been given to all persons interested of the filing of said final <br />account and the time and place of hearing thereon; finds that no objections have been filed to <br />said final account and report and that the same is correct and should be approved. <br />The court further finds from the proofs on file herein, that notice as required by law and in <br />accordance with the order of the court herein was given to all creditors of said deceased of the <br />time allowed and place appointed for filing claims against said estate; that no claims have been <br />allowed or filed against said estate; that all claims outstanding against said estate and debts <br />of the deceased not filed against said estate as required, if any there be, are forever barred; <br />that all costs and expenses of executing the will of the deceased and of administering her estate <br />have been fully paid; that all of said estate and the succession thereto is exempt from Inheri- <br />tance taxes under the laws of the State of Nebraska. <br />The court further finds that the deceased, Christine Jensen, died testate on July 28, 1925, <br />a resident of said Hall County, leaving as her only heirs at law her husband, Sam Jensen, also <br />known as Samuel Jensen, her son, Harry Jensen and her daughter Alice Wagner, nee Alice Jensen and <br />leaving as her sole and only devisee and legatee her said husband, Sam Jensen; and that said tes- <br />tatrix died seized in fee simple of an undivided one -half interest as tenant in common in and to <br />the following described real estate situated in Grand Island in Hall County, Nebraska, to -wit: <br />"Commencing at a point on the North line of Fifth Street in said city of Grand Island,eleven and <br />Ten (10) County S--lb-division the West <br />3/10 feet South of the Northeast corner of Lot of the of one <br />half (W2) of the Southwest Quarter (Swi) of Section Ten (10) in Town Eleven (11) North,Range Nine <br />(9) West of the 6 P.M. running thence Westerly along the Northerly line of said Fifth Street, <br />One Hundred and Forty (140) feet, thence Northerly at right angles to said Fifth Street to the <br />North line of said Lot Ten (10), thence East along said North line to the Northeast corner of said <br />Lot Ten (10) and thence South to the place of beginning." <br />The court further finds that all of the real estate, including that above described and all <br />the personal estate passed and descended under Item Second of the last will of the deceased to <br />her husband Sam Jensen, also known as Samuel Jensen, and should be so awarded to him; finds that <br />all costs and expenses of administering said estate have been fully paid and that the personal <br />property has been delivered to said Sam Jensen, surviving husband of the deceased pursuant to <br />said will; that no balance of personal property remains for distribution and that the estate has <br />been fully administered and should be closed and the executor discharged of his trust. <br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT: that said final account and report <br />of said executor be, and it is allowed and approved; that all debts of said estate have been fully <br />
