<br />MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF C.H.GOTTLIEB HEIDKAMP,DECEASED, with the original record thereof, now re-
<br />maining in said Court, that the same is a correct transcript thereof, and of the whole of such
<br />original record; that said Court is a Court of Record having a seal, which seal is hereto attached;
<br />that said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his own name, and Ithat I am the
<br />legal custodian of said Seal and of the Records of said Court, and that the foregoing attestation

<br />I further certify that a copy of the Last Will and Testament of said deceased and Certificate of
<br />Probate thereof is embodied in and made a part of said Final Decree.

<br />In the Name of God: Amen: I. Christine Jensen, of Grand Island, Nebraska, being of sound
<br />and, disposing mind and memory, do make and publish this My Last Will and Testament in manner and
<br />form following, that is to say:
<br />Item First:
<br />I direct that the expenses of my Last sickness and- 4unapal and funeral and all my just debts
<br />be first paid.
<br />Item Second:
<br />I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved husband, Sam Jensen, all the Estate of which I may die
<br />seized, be the same real property, personal property or mixed property, of whatever name style or
<br />description and wherever situate, to have and to hold the same to my said husband and to his heirs
<br />and assigns forever.
<br />Item Third:
<br />I hereby appoint my beloved husband, Sam Jensen, Executor of this My Last Will and Testament,
<br />hereby revoking any and all former Wills by me made and I direct the Court in which this My Last ':,'..
<br />Will and Testament shall be proven and my Estate settled not to require any Bond or other security
<br />from my said Executor as such Executor! I hereby waive the giving of any such Bond.

<br />We, whose names are hereto subscribed, do hereby certify that Christine Jensen, the Testatrix,
<br />subscribed her name to the foregoing instrument in our presence and in the presence of each of us
<br />and that she declared at the same time and in our presence and hearing, that the same was her Last
<br />Will and Testament; Whereupon we, at her request and in her presence and in the presence of each
<br />other have signed our names hereto as attesting witnesses this 12" day of February, 1921.
