530 <br />THE AUGUSTINE CO. 18600.14•$6 <br />words and figures following: <br />IN THE NAME OF GOD,AMEN: I,C.H.Gottlieb Heidkamp,being of sound mind and memory,but knowing the <br />uncertainty of human life,do now make and publish this my last will and testament,that is to say; <br />I give,devise and bequeath to my children all of my property,real,personal and mixed of what nature <br />and kind soever and wheresoever the same be at the time of my death,to be divided share and share <br />alike. <br />C.H.Gottlieb Heidkamp (Seal) <br />Signed,sealed,published,and declared by the said C.H.Gottlieb Heidkamp the testator,as and for <br />his last will and testament;and we,at his request and in his presence,and in the presence of each <br />other,have hereto subscribed our names as witnesses thereto,this 5th day of November,A.D.1926. <br />John A.Ferguson <br />William B.Hilbert <br />was duly proved,approved and allowed as the Last Will and Testament of C.H.Gottlieb Heidkamp, <br />deceased,a decree of probate was made thereon and the following certificate thereto affixed: <br />CERTIFICATE OF PROBATE <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />)SS At a session of the County Court held in the County Court Room in Grand <br />HALL COUNTY ) <br />Island,in said County,on the 28th day of February,A.D.,1940, <br />Present Paul N.Kirk,County Judge <br />In the Matter of the Estate <br />of <br />C.H.Gottlieb Heidkamp,deceased <br />I,Paul N.Kirk,Judge of the County Court in and for said County,do hereby certify that on the 5th <br />day of February,1940,the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of C.H.Gottlieb <br />Heidkamp,deceased,was filed for probate in this Court.That on the 28th day of February,i940,said <br />instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved,probated and allowed as the last <br />will and testament of the real and personal estate of said C.H.Gottlieb Heidkamp,deceased,and the <br />same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid. <br />In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court this 28th <br />day of February,1940. (SEAL) <br />Paul N.Kirk,County Judge <br />and said George Heidkamp was,upon his giving bond in the sum of $5,000.00,as ordered by this Court <br />appointed Administrator with Will Annexed thereof; the Court further finds that the deceased at <br />the time of his death was a widower and that he left the following heirs -at -law: <br />Alma Heidkamp Laseen,a daughter <br />Ella Heidkamp Bancroft, a daughter <br />Martha Heidkamp Weeks,a daughter <br />George Heidkamp,a son <br />all over the age of 21 years. <br />FIFTH <br />That on the 28th day of February,1940,an order of'this Court was made allowing creditors three <br />months in which to file their claims against said estate and the Administrator with Will Annexed <br />one year in which to settle said estate from the 27th day of Marchp19402and further ordering that <br />a notice of the same be published in the Grand Island Independent,a legal newspaper published and <br />circulating in Hall County,Nebraska,for three successive weeks prior to the 27th day of March, <br />1940,and it appears by proof on file that notice of said order was published as ordered by this <br />Court. <br />SIXTH <br />The Court further finds that on the 4th day of March,1940,the said George Heidkamp,Administrator <br />With Will Annexed herein filed in this Court his Inventory of the property of said estate and that <br />according to said inventory,the deceased died seized and possessed of the following described <br />
