<br />SS At a session of the County Court held in and for said County of Hall,
<br />COUNTY OF HALL )
<br />the 24th day of July,19401
<br />PRESENT Paul N.Kirk,County Judge.
<br />BE IT RMTEMBERED that on the 29th day of June,1940,George Heidkamp,Administrator with Will Annemd
<br />of the Estate of C.H.Gottlieb Heidkamp,deceased,filed in this Court his final account as such
<br />Administrator with Will Annexed and a petition praying that said account be allowed;for a decree
<br />of heirship,an order of 'distribution,a final settlement thereon and discharge.
<br />For these purposes,the 24th day of July,1940,at 10 o'clock A.M. at the County Court Room in said
<br />County was assigned as the time and place for hearing said petition,examining and allowing said
<br />account,and it was ordered that notice of the pendency of said petition and the hearing thereof
<br />be given to all persons interested in said estate by publishing a notice of said order in the
<br />Grand Island Independent,a legal newspaper printed in said County for three successive weeks
<br />prior to said day of hearing,and it appears by proof on file that said notice was given as order-
<br />ed by Court and no objections have been filed to said final account.
<br />Upon an examination of the record and the evidence in this matter and being duly advised in the
<br />premises,the Court finds as follows:
<br />FIRST
<br />That C.H.Gottlieb Heidkamp departed this life on the 26th day of January,1940,in Grand Island,
<br />Hall County,Nebraska,a widower,testate,and at the time of his death he was a resident of said
<br />Hall County,Nebraska, and that the said deceased left a Last Will and Testament which was filed
<br />in this Court for probate on the 5th day of February,1940.
<br />SECOND
<br />That there was no Executor nominated in said Last Will and that the following are all of the
<br />children of said testator at the time of his death and were all of the children of said testator
<br />on the 5th day of November,1926,and that they are the legatees,devisees and heirs -at -law named
<br />therein:
<br />Alma Heidkamp Lassen
<br />Ella Heidkamp Bancroft
<br />Martha Heidkamp Weeks,
<br />George Heidkamp
<br />and that they are each of them are over the age of 21 years;further that the wife of said testator
<br />predeceased him and At the time of his death,said testator was a widower.
<br />THIRD
<br />That on the 5th day of February,1940,said Alma Heidkamp Lassen,Ella Heidkamp Bancroft,Martha
<br />' Heidkamp Weeks and George Heidkamp filed in this Court a petition for the probate of said Last
<br />Will and Testament and the appointment of George Heidkamp,son of said testator,as Administrator
<br />With Will Annexed of said estate;and on the 5th day of February,1940,an order of this Court was
<br />made therein assigning the 28th day of February,1940,at 10 o'clock A.M.and the County Court Room
<br />in said County as the time and place of hearing said petition and ordering that notice be given
<br />to all persons interested in said matter by publishing a copy of said order in the Grand Island
<br />Independent,a legal newspaper printed in said County,for three successive weeks prior to said
<br />day of hearing and it appears by proof on file that notice of said order was given as ordered by
<br />this Court.

<br />The Court further finds that on the 28th day of February,1940,said Last Will and Testament in
