<br />I,Paul N.Kirk,Judge of the County Court in and for said County,do hereby certify that on the 4th
<br />day of December 1939,the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Bert E.Watson,
<br />deceased,was filed for probate in this Court.That on the 30th day of Dec ember,1939,said instrument
<br />to which this certificate is attached was duly proved,probated and allowed as the last will and
<br />testament of the real and personal estate of said Bert E.Watson,deceased,and the same was ordered to be
<br />recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />BERT E.WATSON,DECEASED. )
<br />Now on this 12th day of June,1940 this cause came on for hearing upon the final report filed
<br />herein by Ida B.Watson,executrix of the estate of Bert E.Watson,deeeased,together with her petition
<br />for the approval and allowance of her report,settlement of said estate,and her discharge herein,
<br />and the Court having examined said report,together with the vouchers attached thereto,and being
<br />fully advised in the premises,finds as follows:
<br />That the said Bert E.14atson departed this live on the 23d day of November,1939 a resident of Hall
<br />County,Nebraska leaving a Last Will and Testament which was admitted to probate in this Court on
<br />the 30th day of December,1939t
<br />That notice was given to all persons having claims against said estate,and time for filing said
<br />claims having fully expired,all persons having claims against said estate,not filed within the
<br />time provided by order of the Court,if any such there be,should be forever barred from setting
<br />up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />That said decedent departed this life leaving as his heirs at law,devisees,legatees,and only per-
<br />sons entitled to participate in the assets of said estate is Ida B.Watson,widow..
<br />That said decedent departed this life the owner of an estate consisting of both real and personal
<br />property,and that the real estate consists of the following: The Easterly Sixty -one (E61) feet of
<br />Lot Eight (8),Block Fourteen (14),Arnold & Abbott's Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall
<br />County,Nebraska,and Lot 15 Block 11 Ashton Place to the City of Grand Island,Nebraska.
<br />and that all of the personal property consisted of a liquor business was reduced to cash and that
<br />the balance on had, after the payment of all claims against said estate,attorney fees and expense of
<br />administration,is $701.90,which said balance and all other personal property has shown by. the
<br />inventory,is hereby awarded to Ida B.Watson,widow,under and by virtue of the terms and provisions
<br />of the Last Will and Testament of the said Bert E.Watson,deceased;that said real estate above
<br />described did pass and descend under the terms and provisions of said Last Will and Testament to
<br />Ida B.Watson,widow,in fee simple title.
<br />That said estate is not subject to the payment of any inheritance tax,either by virtue of the
<br />laws of the State of Nebraska or the United States government, and that the final report filed herein
<br />by Ida B.Watson,executrix,should be approved and allowed as and for her final report,said estate
<br />settled and closed,said executrix discharged and her bond released from any further liability in
<br />said matter.
<br />IT IS,THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims against
<br />said estate,not filed within the time provided by order :of this Court,if any such there be,are hereby
<br />barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report filed herein by
<br />Ida B.Watson,executrix,be and the same is hereby approved and allowed as and for her final report,
