<br />The Court further finds that said Peter Tagge left surviving him, as his sole and only heirs, the
<br />following;
<br />Margaret Tagge, his widow
<br />Claus A.Tagge, a son,
<br />John C.Tagge, a son,
<br />Anna M.Palmer, a daughter,
<br />Edward H. Tagge, a son,
<br />Alvina Giesenhagen, a daughter,
<br />Gustav P.Tagge, a son,
<br />all of whom were of legal age on the date of the death of said deceased.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of Alvina
<br />Giesenhagen, administratrix of said estate, be, and the same is hereby approved and allowed as
<br />and for her final report, and said administratrix is hereby discharged and her bond is released,
<br />and said estate is hereby settled and closed.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims against
<br />said estate, and not filed herein, if any such there be, are foreter barred, enjoined, and pre-
<br />cluded from setting up or asserting s-ch claims against said estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that Margaret Tagge, widow, is entitled
<br />to a homestead interest in and to Lot 6, Block 11, Gilbert's Addition to the city of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, the same having been the residence and homestead of said Peter Tagge and
<br />Margaret Tagge at the time of his death.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the real estate passed and descended
<br />under the laws of the state of Nebraska as follows;
<br />Lot six (6) in Block Eleven (11) in Gilbert's Addition to the city of Grand Island,Hall County,
<br />Nebraska,
<br />subject to the homestead interest of Margaret Tagge, widow, and
<br />The northeast quarter of Section Eleven (11) in Township Eleven (11) North of Range Eleven (11)
<br />Nest of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />to Margaret Tagge, widow, an undivided one -third interest, and to Claus A.Tagge, John C.Tagge,
<br />Anna M.Palmer, Edward H.Tagge, Alvina Giesenhagen, and Gustav P.Tagge, an undivided two- thirds
<br />interest, share and share alike.
