<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.

<br />This cause came on for hearing upon the final report of Alvina Giesenhagen, administratrix of
<br />the estate of Peter Tagge, deceased, and for settlement thereof and her discharge.
<br />The Court, having examined the records and files and being duly advised, finds that due and legal,
<br />notice has been given to all persons interested in said estate of the time and place fixed for
<br />hearing upon said final report as ordered by the Court, there being no objections the Court examined
<br />the same, together with the vouchers on file and the testimony in support thereof, and finds
<br />that said report is true and correct in all things and ought to be approved and allowed as and
<br />for the final report of said administratrix.
<br />The Court finds that Peter Tagge died on the 16th day of October, 1934, that at the time of his
<br />death he was a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska, that due notice was given of the
<br />filing of the petition for letters of administration and in pursuance thereto the hearing was had
<br />on the 13th day of November, 1934, and Alvina Giesenhagen
<br />ified as such; that due notice was given to creditors for
<br />the 11th day of December 19346
<br />The Court finds that all claims filed have been paid, and
<br />all of the duties as such; that she has accounted for all
<br />there is no personal property in her hands for distributi
<br />The Court further finds that said Peter Tagge died seized
<br />appointed administratrix, and she qual-
