<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF No. 3017
<br />WILLIAM M.ROACH, DECEASED. ) D E C R E E
<br />Now on this 1st day of May, 1940, this matter came on to be heard upon the pleadings and the
<br />evidence and was submitted to the Court. On consideration whereof the Court finds that due and
<br />legal notice of this proceeding has been
<br />given to all persons interested in said matter both cred-
<br />itors and heirs as required by law. That
<br />all of the statements and allegations set forth in said
<br />Petition are true; that the said William
<br />M.Roach died intestate in Hall County, Nebraska on April
<br />29, 1929. That at the time of his death
<br />the said William M.Roach was siesed and possessed of the
<br />following described real estate, to -wit:
<br />All of fractional Block Twenty -Five
<br />(25), in Schimmer's Addition to Grand Island,Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />And that at the time of his death the said
<br />William M.Roach was the owner of seven (7) shares of
<br />stock in Central Power Company, a. Corporation,
<br />as evidenced by the records of stock ownership in
<br />said corporation and further evidenced by
<br />stock certificates issued by said corporation as fol-
<br />lows, to -wit:
<br />Preferred stock certificate #CB 0343 of
<br />the Central Power Company, representing seven (7) shares
<br />That no application has been made in the
<br />State of Nebraska for the appointment of an administrator
<br />of the estate of the said deceased; that the sole and only heir at law of the deceased is his
<br />widow, Mary Roach; that all of the estate of the deceased descends to the said Mary Roach.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that the real estate and personal
<br />property above described be and is hereby assigned to Mary Roach, widow of the deceased, in fee
<br />simple.
<br />It is further considered and adjudged by the Court that all claims and demands against the
<br />estate of the deceased whether due or to become due, whether absolute or contingent, be and the
<br />same are hereby, forever barred. Paul N.Kirk
