<br />for the Last Will and Testament of said deceased; that the time and place of hearing the allega-
<br />tions of said petition were given as provided by law and the matter coming on to be heard on the
<br />9th day of December, 1936, the Court found said instrument to be the Last Will and Testament of
<br />said deceased and admitted same to probate as such, and Alpha Fay Bolen Hall, one of the Execu-
<br />trices named in said Will, duly qualified by filing her bond herein as provided by law;
<br />That notice of the time and place for filing claims against said estate was given as provided
<br />by law, and said time having fully expired, all persons having claims against said estate, not
<br />filed within the time fixed by the Court, should be forever barred and excluded from setting up
<br />or asserting any such claims against said estate;
<br />That said decedent departed this life the owner of an estate consisting of both real and
<br />personal property, and the real estate owned by said decedent described as the Southwest Quarter
<br />(SA) of Section 12, Township 9,Range 10, West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, was devised
<br />under the terms and provisions of said Will to Amy E.Bolen Stapleton, a daughter of said decedent,
<br />for and during the term of her natural life, she to have the usual and customary benefit of the
<br />life use of said real estate, and upon her death the remainder over to her sister, Alpha Fay
<br />Bolen Hall, in fee simple title, if she be liding, otherwise to the legal heirs of the said Alpha
<br />Fay Bolen Hall, and the real estate owned by said decedent described as the Southeast Quarter (SE*)
<br />of Section 12, Township 9, Range 10, West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska., was devised
<br />under the terms and provisions of said Will to Alpha Fay Bolen Hall, a daughter of said decedent,
<br />in fee simple title;
<br />That the personal property owned by-said decedent has all been reduced to cash and fully
<br />expended in payment of the debts against the estate and costs of administration;
<br />That said estate has been duly appraised and found to be exempt from the payment of any In-
<br />heritance Tax either to the State of Nebraska or the United States Government;
<br />That the heirs -at -law and only heirs -at -law, devisees, legatees and persons entitled to
<br />share in said estate are Alpha Fay Bolen Hall and Amy E.Bolen Stapleton, daughters of said de-
<br />Is hereby accordingly made.

<br />That the final report filed herein by said Executrix is true and correct in all things and
<br />should be approved and allowed as and for her final report, and that all claims and costs of ad.
<br />ministration have been paid and the contingent claim filed herein by the Federal Land Bank, a
<br />corporation, of Omaha, Nebraska, having been withdrawn, said estate should be settled and closed
<br />and said Executrix discharged and her official bond released.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims
<br />against the estate of George M.Bolen, Deceased, not filed within the time provided for, be and
<br />they hereby are forever barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against
<br />said estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report filed herein
<br />by Alpha Fay Bolen Hall, Executrix of the Estate of George M.Bolen, Deceased, be and the same is
<br />approved and allowed as and for her final report, said estate settled and closed, said Executrix
<br />discharged and her official bond released.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the heirs -at -law and only
<br />heirs -at -law, devisees, legatees and persons entitled to share in said estate are Alpha Fay
<br />Bolen Hall and Amy E.Bolen Stapleton, daughters of said decedent; and the real estate owned by
<br />the decedent at the time of his death, hereinbefore described, is hereby assigned and set over
<br />to said devisees, as provided by the terms and provisions of said Will, and distribution thereof
<br />Is hereby accordingly made.
