<br />and declare this my last WILL AND TESTAMENT in the manner following, that is to say:
<br />First:
<br />I desire that all my just debts be first paid.
<br />Secondly, I give and devise my eighty acre farm in Hall Co. Nebraska described as follows: The
<br />west half of the south —west quarter of Section 15, Township eleven north of range twelve to my
<br />beloved husband, Fred L.Winters to be held by him in trust for the use and benefit of my beloved
<br />son, Ernest J.Winters, for the period of five years, from and after my death, all the rents, issues
<br />and profits of said farm during said period of five years to go to my said son; and at the end of
<br />said five years, the said farm to go to my said son absolutely in fee simple to him and his heirs
<br />forever.
<br />Thirdly:
<br />I give, devise and bequeath all the rest residue and remainder of my property, whether real,
<br />personal or mixed and wheresoever situated to

<br />my beloved husband, Fred L.Winters, to him and his heirs forever.

<br />Lastly, I hereby nominate and appoint Fred L.Winters, my husband the executor of this my last
<br />Will and Testament, and hereby revoke all former wills by me made.

<br />of our Lord nineteen hundred and eleven.

<br />Now on this 9th day of September, 1939, this cause came on for hearing, upon the final report
<br />of B.J.Cunningham, administrator with the will annexed, de bonis non of the estate of Catherine
<br />Winters, deceased, after due notice of the filing of said report and the time and place appointed
<br />for hearing thereon, as provided by law and the order of this Court, and no one appeared to object
<br />to the allowance of said report.
<br />After a full examination of said report, the Court, being fully advised in the premises, finds
