508 \N6, F Imm 71 Ilk, THE AUGUSTINE CO. 171600 -12 -36 ceedings have been paid; that the cash receipts were not sufficient to pay all of the expenses and claims outstanding and that Joe Bornstein, the residuary legatee, paid to the Administrator the sum of $95.27, being the additional amount necessary to pay such claims and expenses. The Court further finds that the estate of said deceased was subject to an inheritance tax under the laws of the State of Nebraska in the sum of $82.00 which has been paid, and that it is not subject to a Federal Estate Tax under the laws of the United States. The Court further finds that the said Ernest J.Winters, died seized as the owner by fee simple title of the following described real estate in the state of Nebraska, to -wit: The West Half of the Southwest Quarter (WJSWJ) of Section Fifteen (15), Township Eleven (11) North,Range Twelve (12), West of_the 6th P.M.', E411 County,Nebraska, containing SO acres, more or less. The Court further finds that under the terms and provisions of the Last Will and Testament of Ernest J.Winters, the real estate hereinabove described after payment of all just debts and funeral expenses and testamentary expenses passed and descended to Joe Bornstein, to have and to hold the same to him and to his heirs and assigns forever. IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the Final Report of said Nebraska Loan & Trust Company of Grand Island,Nebraska, Administrator of the Estate of Ernest J.Winters, Deceased, With Will Annexed, be and the same hereby is in all things approved and allowed as and for the Final-Report of said Administrator and said estate is hereby settled and blosed and said Administrator discharged.
