<br />At a session of the County Court held in the County Court Room in Grand Island, in said County,
<br />on the 29th day of July A.D., 1939.

<br />Ernest J.Winters, deceased.
<br />I, Paul N.Kirk, Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby certify that on
<br />the 3rd day of July 1939, duly authenticated copy of an instrument purporting to be the last will
<br />and testament of Ernest J.Winters, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the
<br />29th day of July, 1939, said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved,
<br />probated and allowed as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Ernest
<br />J.Winters deceased, and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />Now on this 24th day of April, 1940, this cause came on for hearing upon the Final Report of
<br />the Nebraska Loan & Trust Company of Grand Island, Nebraska, Administrator of the Estate of Ernest
<br />J.Winters,Deceased, with Will Annexed, and upon the petition of said Administrator for allowance
<br />and aptroval of said report, the settlement of said estate, and discharge herein as Administrator
<br />With Will Annexed, and the Court, having examined the records and files herein, and being fully
<br />advised in the premises, finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the
<br />time and place fixed by the court for the hearing upon said Final Report, and no one appearing
<br />to object to said report and the court having examined the same, together with the vouchers on
<br />file finds that said report is true and correct in all things and that the same ought to be
<br />Approved and allowed as and for the Final Report of said Administrator, said estate closed and
<br />said administrator discharged.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Ernest J.Winters departed this life on the 13th day of
<br />March, 1939, in Los Angeles County, California, and that at the time of his death he was a resident
<br />and inhabitant of said county and state and left a Last Will and Testament which was duly proven,
<br />allowed and admitted to probate on May 18, 1939, in Department 25 of the Superior Court of the
<br />State of California in and for the County of Los Angeles; that on the 3rd day of July, 1939,
<br />petition was filed in this court for the probate of the Will of Ernest J.Winters, Deceased, and
<br />for the appointment of the Nebraska Loan & Trust Company of Grand I81and,Nebraska,&ai Administrator
<br />with Will Annexed of said estate and that on the 29th day of July 1939, said Last Will and Testa
<br />meat was duly proven, allowed and admitted to probate in the County Court of Hall County,Nebraska,
<br />and Letters of Administration issued to the said Nebraska Loan & Trust Company of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time
<br />and place fixed by the court for filing claims against the estate of said deceased and that the
<br />time so fixed has fully expired and that all persons having claims against said estate and not
<br />Filed within the time limited by the Court are forever barred and excluded from setting up or
<br />asserting any such claims against said estate.
