<br />up any claims or demands against the estate of Joseph A.Phillips,deceased.
<br />The-Court further finds that Joseph A.Phillips departed this life on the 31st day of August,1939;
<br />that he was at the time of his death;resident and inhabitant of Hall County,Nebraska; that he
<br />left a last will and testament which was duly approved,allowed and admitted to probate on the
<br />4th day of October,1939,and which was recorded in this office.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Joseph A.Phillips died seized in fee simple title to Lot
<br />Seven (7) in Block Seven (7) in MacCalll & Leflang's Addition to the Village of Wood River,Hall
<br />County,Nebraska,as surveyed,platted and recorded.
<br />The Court Further finds that under the provisions of the said last will and testament,the above
<br />described real estate did pass and descend at the death of the said Joseph A.Phill,ips_ in the
<br />following manner: One -half to Frank Denman,and One -half thereof to Arthur C.Denman,and the same
<br />is hereby awarded to them.
<br />The Court further finds that said estate is not subject to the payment of inheritance tax under
<br />the laws of the State of Nebraska,or of the laws of the United States.
<br />IT IS,THEREFORE,ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that all the right,title and interest of the
<br />said Joseph A.Phillips in and to Lot Seven (7),in Block Seven (7),in MacCall & Leflang's Addition
<br />to the Village of Food River,Hall County,hebraska,did pass and descend at his death to Frank
<br />Denman,one -half thereof,and to Arthur C.Denman,one -half thereof.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that said executor has accounted for all
<br />of the funds coming into his hands as executor;that he has filed receipts for the payments made
<br />by him;that he has made distribution of the property coming into his hands,in accordance with the
<br />will of Joseph A. Phillips, deceased; and that said estate is hereby closed and settled,and said
<br />executor is hereby discharged and his bond as such is released.
