<br />said Alva C.Peabody, deceased., that by virtue of said laws, said property descended as follows,
<br />to -wit: $200.00, of exempt personal property to be chosen by the widow, 113 interest, plus
<br />a life estate in the Real Property to Kathryn Peabody, widow of the deceased, the remainder
<br />of said estate to the children of the seid Alva C.Peabody, who survive him share and share alike
