That all of the statements and allegations set <br />forth in said petition are true; that the said Elizabeth O'Keeffe died intestate in Hall County, <br />Nebraska, on July 12, 1930, seized and possessed at the time of her death of the following des- <br />cribed real estate, to -wit: <br />An undivided one-half interest in Lot Eight (8), Block One Hundred Twenty -three (123) Union <br />Pacific Railway's Second Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska, and <br />Lots Twelve (12) and Thirteen (13), Block Three (3), Dill & Huston's Addition to Grand Island, <br />Nebraska. <br />That no application has been made in the State of Nebraska for the appointment of an administra- <br />tor of the estate of said deceased. That she is survived by her husband, Cornelius O'Keeffe, and <br />one son, Francis C.O'Keefe, and that they are her only heirs; and the Court hereby finds and <br />determines that said Cornelius O'Keeffe and Francis C.O'Keefe are,the sole and only heirs at law <br />of the said Elizabeth O'Keeffe, deceased, and that her undivided one -half interest in said real <br />estate described descended to said heirs at law in equal shares. <br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the real estate above <br />describ =d be and the same hereby is assigned to the said Cornelius O'Keeffe and Francis C. <br />O'Keefe, an undivided one -half of her interest therein to each. <br />IT IS FURTHER CONSIDERED AND ADJUDGED BY THE COURT that all claims and demands against the <br />estate of the decease., whether due or to become due, whether absolute or contingent, be, and <br />the same hereby are forever barred. <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, <br />NEBRASKA. <br />CERTIFICATE. <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA <br />Paul N.Kirk <br />County Judge. <br />)ss I, Paul N.Kirk, County Judge of Hall County, Nebraska, do hereby <br />HALL COUNTY ) certify that I have compared the foregoing copy of Decree of Heirship <br />entered IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF ELIZABETH O'KEEFFE,DECEASED, with the original record <br />thereof, now remaining in said County, that the same is a correct transcript thereof, and of <br />the whole of such original record; that said Court is a Court of Record having a seal, which <br />seal is hereto attached; that said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his <br />own name, and that I am the legal custodian of said Seal and of the Records of said Court, <br />and that the foregoing attestation is in due form of law. <br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court, at <br />Grand Island, this 4th day of April, 1940.
