<br />Lot number three (3) of the County Subdivision of part of the South half of the Southeast quarter
<br />(S -1 SE4) of Section sixteen (16),Township eleven (I1),North of Range nine (9),West of the 6th
<br />P.M as surveyed,platted,and recorded,same being a tract of ground thirty -three and one -half
<br />(3W feet wide by one - hundred and thirty -six (136) feet long,except that portion deeded to the
<br />City,for a street,also that part of Lot number five (5) in said County Subdivision deeded to
<br />William TellEppley by Henry J.Voss and wife,by warranty deed,recorded September 5th,1933,in Book
<br />62 of Deeds,at page number 195,Register of Deeds,Hall County,Nebraska.
<br />which is assigned to the following heirs; Georgia A.Eppley,wife;Paul E.Eppley,a son;and Betty
<br />Lee ( Eppley) Salyer, a daughter.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE considered,ordered,adjudged and decreed by the Court that the final account of
<br />said Georgia A.Eppley,administratrix of the estate of William Tell Eppley,deceased,be and the
<br />same is hereby in all things approved,cbnfirmed,and allowed;that the said Georgia A.Eppley is
<br />hereby discharged from her trust as administratrix of said estate and the sureties on her official
<br />bond are released.

<br />AUGUST SCHOEL, DECEASED. )
<br />Now on this 3rd day of April, 1940, this cause came on for hearing upon the Final Report
<br />of Emma Schoel, Administratrix of the Estate of August Schoel, Deceased, and upon the petition
<br />of said Administratrix for the allowance and approval of said report, settlement of said estate
<br />and her discharge herein, and the Court, being fully advised in the premises, finds that due and
<br />legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and place fixed by the Court for the
<br />hearing upon said Final Report and there being no objections to said report and the court having
<br />examined the same together with the vouchers on file, finds that said report is true and that
<br />the same ought to be a?nproved and allowed as and for the Final Report of said Administratrix,
<br />said estate settled and closed and said Administratrix discharged.
<br />The Court further finds that the said August Schoel departed this life on the 15th day of
<br />July, 1938, and that at the time of his death he was a resident and inhabitant of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska; that the said August Schoel died intestate; that a petition for letters of Administra-
<br />tion was filed on May 26, 1939, asking that said estate be admitted to probate and that letters
