<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims
<br />against said estate not filed within the time provided by order of this Court, if any such there
<br />be, are hereby barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report filed herein
<br />by Merwyn Detweiler, executor, be and the same is hereby approved and allowed, as and for his final
<br />report, said estate settled and closed and said executor discharged and his bondsmen released from
<br />any further liability in said matter, and that the real estate hereinbefore described did pass and
<br />descend to the decedent's husband, Merwyn Detweiler, in fee simple title, according to the terms
<br />and provisions of said decedent's Will.

<br />Now on this 13th day of September,1939,this matter came on to be heard on the final account and
<br />petition for discharge of Georgia A.Eppley,administratrix of the estate of William Tell Eppley,
<br />deceased,and for the distribution of the personal property of said estate,the assignment of the
<br />real estate of said estate,and the evidence,and was submitted to the Court on consideration where-
<br />of the Court finds that due and legal notice of the time and place of hearing on said final account
<br />and petition for discharge has been given to all persons interested in said estate,as provided
<br />by lavi.Thereupon the Court being fully advised in the premises finds as follows:
<br />That the final account of the said Georgia A.Eppley,administratrix of the estate of William Tell
<br />Eppley,deceased,is in all respects just,true,and correct;that due notice to creditors has been
<br />given;that all claime,namely,funeral expenses,col.zrtcosts, and attorney's fee,against said estate
<br />have been duly paid and satisfied.

<br />That the only personalty,consisting of one 1925 green Chevrolet coach,your administratrix gave
<br />to her daughter,Betty I,ee.(Eppley) Salyer,on of the heirs,which gift was acquesced to by the other
<br />heir,Paul Eppley.
