HALL COUNTY ) IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court this 25th day of July, 1939. Paul N. Kirk (SEAL) County Judge - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF : FINAL DECREE EVA DET 'I•IEILER, DECEASED. Now on this 21st day of February, 1940, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report filed herein by Merwyn Detweiler, executor of the estate of Eva Detweiler, deceased, together with his petition for the approval and allowance of his report, settlement of said estate, and his dis- charge herein, and the Court having examined said report, together with the vouchers attached thereto, and being fully advised in the premises, finds as follows: That the said Eva Detweiler departed this life on the 26th day of October, 1934 a resident of Hall County, Nebraska, leaving a Last Will and Testament which was admitted to probate in this Court on the 25th day of July, 1939, and Merwyn Detweiler named executor therein qualified as such. That notice was given to all persons having claims against said estate, and time for filing- said claims having fully expired, all persons having claims against said estate not filed within the time provided by order of this Court, if any such there be, should be forever barred from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate. That said decedent departed this life leaving as her heirs at law, devisees, legatees, and only persons entitled to participate in the assets of said estate, Merwyn Detweiler, widower, Grand Island,Nebraska, Merwyn Gerald Detweiler and William Darryl Detweiler, minor sons,drand Island,Nebraska and Carolyn LaVonne Detweiler, minor daughter since deceased on the 18th day of May, 1936. That said decedent departed this life the owner of an estate consisting of both real and personal property, said real estate being described as follows: An undivided one -half interest in and to the Southerly Fifty (50) Feet of Lot One (1), in Block One hundred twenty -six (126) Union Pacific Railway Company's Second Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska, same being a rectangular having a front of Fifty (50) Feet on Pine Street and a depth of Sixty -six (66) Feet, and that said real estate did pass and descend, under the terms and provisions of said Will, to Merwyn Detweiler, widower, in fee simple title. That said estate has been apprised and is not subject to the payment of any inheritance tax, either by virtue of the laws of the State of Nebraska or the United States government, and that the final report filed herein by Merwyn Detweiler, executor, should be approved and allowed as and for his final report, said estate settled and closed, said executor discharged, and his bondsmen released from any further liability in said matter. At a session of the County Court held in the County Court Room in Grand Island,in said County, on the 25th day of July, A.D., 1939. That on the 25th day of July, 1939, said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Eva Detweiler deceased, and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.
