<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, I, Eva Detweiler, being of sound mind and under no
<br />compulsion, but not unmindful of the uncertainties of human life, do hereby make, publish and
<br />declare this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made.

<br />Idirert that my just debts and funeral expenses be first paid out of my estate.

<br />The rest and residue of my estate of which I may die possessed and wheresoever situated,
<br />I h reby give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved husband, Merwyn G.Detweiler, to be his
<br />absolutely, consisting of both real and personal property.

<br />I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my beloved husband, Merwyn G.Detweiler, to be the
<br />executor of this, my last will and testament and request that no bond be required of him.
