<br />Clarence Wendell Rice, and Henry Ralph Rice, an undivided 1/3rd interest therein.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that the above described two
<br />shares of stock in the Hamilton County Telephone Association did pass at the death of Emma Rice
<br />under the laws of the State of Nebraska in the following manner, to -wit: to each James Earl Rice,
<br />Clarence Wendell Rice, and Henry Ralph Rice, an undivided 1/3rd interest therein.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that the report of the adminis-
<br />Prator of the above named estate be approved and allowed for and as the final account.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED by the Court that the administrator and his bondsmen
<br />are hereby released from any and all liability.

<br />Original Townsite of Ord, Valley County, Nebraska, described as beginning at the Northeast corner
<br />of said Block and running thence West 115 feet, thence South 25 feet, thence East 115 feet, thence
<br />North 25 feet to the place of beginning, was sold at an administrator's sale for the purpose of
<br />paying debts.
<br />The court further finds that said deceased died intestate and legt as his sole and only
<br />heirs at law, Freda K.Buchfinek, his wife, not the mother of.all his children, and Evelyn Buchfinek,
<br />age 15, And'Rodney Buchfinek, age 14, both of Minden, Nebraska, and that there are no other persons
