<br />The Court further finds that the said Emma Rice died seized of the following described
<br />property situate in Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />Lot Two (2), Cleale's Addition to the Village of Doniphan, Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Nebraska
<br />said real estate did descend in the manner following: to James Earl Rice, an undivided 1 /3rd
<br />interest; to Clarence Wendell Rice, an undivided 1/3 interest; and to Henry Ralph Rice, an un-
<br />divided 1 /3rd interest.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Emma Rice died seized of the following described
<br />real estate in Garden County, Nebraska:
<br />The Northwest Quarter (NW-41) of Section Twenty -four (24), Township Fifteen (15), Range
<br />Forty -six (46) in Garden County, Nebraska, (One Hundred Sixty (160) acres more or less).
<br />The Court further finds that under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Nebraska
<br />said property did descend in the manner following: to James Earl Rice, an undivided 1 /3rd interest
<br />to Clarence Wendell Rice, an undivided 1 /3rd interest; and to Henry Ralph Rice, an undivided 1 /3rd
<br />interest.
<br />The Court further finds that the disbursements of said estate exceeded the income from
<br />said estate during the course of administration thereof and that the personal property of said
<br />estate coming into the hands of the administrator and the income from said estate during the
<br />course of administration were not sufficient to pay the indebtedness of .said estate; that said
<br />claims were paid in full out of the private funds of one of the heirs, to -wit: Clarence Wendell
<br />Rice, and that the heirs of the above named deceased, have fully and completely settled their
<br />respective liabilities on account of said pgyments by Clarence Wendell Rice, which settlement is
<br />fully approved by this Court and the payment thereof of said indebtedness by Clarence Wendell
<br />Rice does not constitute a lien on any of the property described herein.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that the following described
<br />real estate, to -wit:
<br />Undivided one - fourth (4) interest in and to the East One -Half 04) of the Northeast
<br />Quarter (NE4) of Section Two (2) Township Nine (9),Range Nine (9),West of the 6th
<br />P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska, (tighty (80) acres more or less).
<br />did pass and descend on the death of Emma Rice under the laws of the State of Nebraska, in the
<br />following manner, to -wit: to James Earl Rice, an undivided 1 /12th interest; to Clarence Wendell
<br />Rice, an undivided 1 /12th interest, and to Henry Ralph Rice, an undivided 1 /12th interest in
<br />fee simple.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that the following described
<br />real estate, to -wit:
<br />Lot Two (2), Cleale's Addition to the Village of Doniphan, Nebraska.
<br />did ?pass and descend on the death of Emma Rice under the laws of the State of Nebraska in the
<br />following manner to -wit: to James Earl Rice, an undivided 1 /3rd interest: to Clarence Wendell
<br />Rice, an undivided 1 /3rd interest: and to Henry Ralph Rice, an undivided 1 /3rd interest, in fee
<br />simple.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that the following described
<br />real estate located in Garden County, Nebraska, to -wit:

<br />Forty -six (46) in Garden County, Nebraska. One Hundred Sixty (160) acres more or less).
<br />did pass and descend on the death of Emma Rice under the laws of the State of Nebraska in the fol-
<br />lowing manner, to -wit: to James Earl Mice, an undivided 1 /3rd interest; to Clarence Wendell Rice
<br />an undivided 1 /3rd interest; and to Henry Ralph Rice, an undivided 1 /3rd interest in fee simple.
<br />The Court further finds that there remains in the hands of the administrator two shares
<br />of Stock in the Hamilton County, Telephone Association and that said shares of stock in said
