<br />in Banner County, State of Nebraska, provided, however, that such property to be held for its
<br />proportinal part of my burial expense and costs of administration. They to receive such land,
<br />share and share alike.
<br />I then will and begueth the remainder of my property, both real and personal, wherever located,
<br />including a house and lot in Grand Island, Nebraska, and 640 acres of land in Campbell County,
<br />Wyoming, to my three beloved children, Lucy Clay of Belvidere, Nebraska, Charles G.Hitt, of
<br />Gillette, Wyoming, and Grace Kesel of Costa Mesa, California, they to share and share alike.
<br />I further direct that should any of the devisees herein mentioned be dead at the time of my
<br />death, that their share shall be divided equally among their children, if they have children sur-
<br />viving them. If not, their share is to be given to their surviving brother and sisters.
<br />I hereby nominate and appoint my son, Charles G.Hitt of Gillette, Wyoming, to be the executor
<br />of this, my last will and testament, he to act as such without bond, provided, however, that should
<br />my beloved son, Charles G.Hitt be dead or incapacitated at the time of my death, I appoint and
<br />nominate my beloved daughter, Lucy Clay, of Belvidere, Nebraska, to be the executrix of this, my
<br />last will and testament, she to act as such without bond.
