<br />of the following described premises, to -wit:
<br />Lots Six (6) and Seven (7) in Block Forty -four (44) in Russel Wheeler's Addition
<br />to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds said premises, according to the terms of said Will, would have descended
<br />to Henry Busse, husband of said Johanna Busse, had he survived his wife but he having departed
<br />this life on the 10th day of November, 1937, survived by the said Johanna Busse and the said Anna
<br />Herman, his heirs -at -law, and only heirs -at -law, and the said Johanna Busse ed a widow, leaving
<br />as her heir -at -law and only heir -at -law, the said Anna Herman, said property descends to the said
<br />Anna Herman in fee simple to her and to her heirs and assigns forever.
<br />EIGHTH
<br />The Court further finds that on the 13th day of February, 1940, it made an order barring
<br />all claims not filed against said estate; that all debts and claims against said estate and the
<br />costs of administration therein have been paid and that the personal property in the hands of said
<br />Anna Herman has been delivered and paid over to the said Anna Herman and that this estate is not
<br />liable for any tax and there is nothing due or payable to the County Treasurer of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as an inheritance tax.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of the
<br />said Anna Herman, Administratrix with the Will Annexed herein, be and the same is hereby approved
<br />and allowed as such; that the premises described herein descend to Anna Herman in fee simple and
<br />to her heirs and assigns forever and she be discharged from further acting as such Administratrix.

<br />Island, Nebraska, this 13th day of March, 1940.

<br />HALL COUNTY ) that I have compared the foregoing copy of Final Decree entered IN THE
<br />MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF JOHANNA BUSSE, DECEASED, with the original record thereof, now remaining
<br />in said Court, that the same is a correct transcript thereof, and of the whole of such original
<br />record; that said Court is a Court of Record having a seal, which seal is hereto attached; that
<br />said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his own name, and that I am the legal
<br />custodian of said Seal and of the Records of said Court, and that the foregoing attestation is in
<br />due form of law.
<br />I further certify that a copy of the Last Will and Testament of said decedent and Certificate
<br />of Probate thereof is embodied in and made a part of said final decree.

<br />I, James E.Hitt, being of lawful age, of sound mind, do hereby make, executed,publish and
<br />declare this to be my last will and testament, hereby revoking any and all wills heretofore made
<br />by me.
<br />I first direct that all my just debts be paid, I then will and bequeath to Maudie Potteroff
<br />of St. Joseph, Missouri, to Clara Ryan of St. Joseph, Missouri, and Josie Kraft of El Centro,
<br />California, neices of my beloved deceased wife, all the land that I may own at the time of my
<br />death, which I received by inheritance from my beloved wife, consisting of about 440 acres of land
<br />
