<br />COUNTY OF HALL ) Island, in said County, on the 11th day of October, A.D., 1939,
<br />Present: Paul N.Kirk, County Judge.
<br />In the Matter of the Estate
<br />of
<br />Johanna Busse, deceased.
<br />I, Paul N.Kirk, Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby certify that on
<br />the 13th day of September, 1939, the instrument purporting to be the Last Will and testament of
<br />Johanna Busse, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 11th day of October,
<br />1939, said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed
<br />as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Johanna Busse, deceased,
<br />and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court this
<br />11th day of October, 1939.

<br />SECOND.
<br />That Henry Busse, husband of the said Johanna Busse, was nominated in said Will as Executor
<br />thereof but that he departed this life on the 10th day of November, 1937, and the said Anna Herman
<br />is the only heir and child of the said Johanna Busse and the said Henry Busse.
<br />THIRD.
<br />That on said 13th day of September, 1939, an order was made by this Court assigning the 11th
<br />ray of October, 1939, at 10 0Iclock A.M. in the County Court Room in said County, as the time and
<br />place for hearing said Petition and that notice be given to all persons interested in said matter
<br />by publishing a notice 6f said order in said Grand Island Independent, three successive weeks
<br />prior to said day of hearing, and it appears by proof on file that notice of said order was pub-
<br />lished in said newspaper on the 19th day of September, 1939, the 26th day of September, 1939, and
<br />on the 3rd day of October, 1939, as ordered by this Court.
<br />FOURTH.
<br />The Court further finds that on said 11th day of October, 1939, said Will was duly proved
<br />and allowed as the Last Will of Johanna Busse, deceased, a decree of probate was made thereon and
<br />Anna Herman was, upon her giving bond in the sum of $500.00 as ordered by this Court, appointed
<br />Administratrix with the Will Annexed thereof.
<br />FIFTH.
<br />The Court further finds that the deceased at the time of her death, was a widow and left
<br />That on the 20th day of October, 1939, said Anna Herman filed herein her Inventory of the
<br />property of said estate and according to said inventory, the deceased died seized and possesased
<br />the said
<br />Anna Herman as her only heir -at -law.
<br />SIXTH.
<br />The
<br />Court further finds that on the 11th day of
<br />October, 1939, this
<br />Court made an order
<br />allowing
<br />creditors three months from and after the
<br />8th day of November,
<br />1939, in which to file
<br />their claims herein and ordered that notice of the
<br />same be published in
<br />said Grand Island Inde-
<br />pendent
<br />three successive weeks and from proof on file
<br />I find said notice
<br />was published on the
<br />17th day
<br />of October, 1939, the 24th day of October,
<br />1939, and on the 31st
<br />day of October,1939.
<br />SEVENTH.
<br />That on the 20th day of October, 1939, said Anna Herman filed herein her Inventory of the
<br />property of said estate and according to said inventory, the deceased died seized and possesased
