<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA

<br />THE ESTATE OF ) FINAL DECREE.
<br />JOHANNA BUSSE, deceased )
<br />At a session of the County Court held in and for said County the 13th day of March, 1940,
<br />Present: Paul N.Kirk, County Judge.
<br />BE IT REMEMBERED: that on the 17th day of February, 1940, Anna Herman, Administratrix with
<br />Will Annexed of the Estate of Johanna Busse, deceased, filed in this Court her Final Report as
<br />such Administratrix with Will Annexed and a petition praying that said °account be allowed, for a
<br />decree of heirship, an order of distribution, final settlement thereon, and discharge. For these
<br />purposes the 13th day of March, 1940, in the County Court Room in said County was assigned for
<br />hearing paid petition, examining and allowing said account and it was ordered that notice of said
<br />^•petition De given to all persons interested in said estate by publishing notice of said order
<br />in the Grand Island Independent, a legal newspaper printed and published in said County, three
<br />successive weeks prior to said day of hearing and it appears by proof on file that said notice
<br />was given as ordered by this Court.
<br />Upon an examination of the record and the evidence in this matter and being advised in the
<br />premises, the Court finds as follows:
<br />FIRST.
<br />That Johanna Busse departed this life testate on the 2nd day of September, 1939, in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, at her place of residence, and at the -time of her death she was a resident of
<br />said Hall County and that she left a Last Will and Testament which was filed in this Court for
<br />probate on the 13th day of September, 1939, by Anna Herman, a daughter and next of kin of the
<br />deceased, and in said petition prayed for the - appointment of herself as Administratrix with Will
<br />Annexed, which Will is in words and figures as follows:
<br />THE LAST WILL OF JOHANNA BUSSE
<br />I Johanna Busse, make this my Last Will, hereby revoking all former Wills made by me.
<br />I appoint my husband executor of this will without bond.
<br />As my estate is small I give my daughter butfive dollars.
<br />The rest, residue and remainder of my estate I give, devise and bequeath to my husband
<br />Henry Busse and to his heirs forever.
<br />Done at Grand Island this lst day of October, A.D. 1925•
