<br />session or under his control, and that there remains no money or other property in his hands be-
<br />longing to said estate; that said administrator has paid all claims filed against said estate, as
<br />well as the costs of administration.
<br />The Court finds that the said Valdor L.Byrum departed this life on the 14 day of August, 1939,
<br />and that he was at the time of his death a resident of Hall County, Nebraska, and that he left no
<br />Last Will and Testament; that a petition for for administration of the estate of the said Valdor
<br />L.Byrum was filed in this court on the 16 day of August, 1939, and that said estate was admitted
<br />to probate.
<br />The Court finds that the said Valdor L.Byrum died siezed in fee of the following described
<br />real estate situate in the City of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />Lot Eight (8) Block Four (4), College Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The Court finds that the said Valdor L.Byrum at the time he departed this life was a single
<br />man, that he died intestate, and that his legal heirs under laws of the State of Nebraska, are
<br />his father Edmond W.Byrum and his mother Stella Byrum, and that all of the above mentioned real
<br />estate did -oass and descend at his death to his parents Edmond W.Byrum and Stella Byrum.
<br />It is therefore CONSIDERED and DECREED by the Court that all of the right title and interest
<br />of Valdor L.Byrum deceased, in and to Lot Eight (8), Block Four (4), College Adcition to the City
<br />of Grand Island,Ha.11 County, Nebraska, did pass and descend by virtue of the laws of Nebraska
<br />to Edmond W.Byrum and Stella Byrum share and share alike.
<br />It is CONSIDERED and. DECREED by the Court that the report of said administrator be and the
<br />same is hereby approved and allowed and that his final account is accepted and he be discharged
