<br />of Edmond W.Byrum, said hearing having been contiuned from the 14th day of February, 1940, after
<br />clue notice to all versons as required by law, and there beinS no objection or protest on file.
<br />On consideration of the files and the evidence the Court finds that said report is correct
<br />and ought to be approved and allowed as and for the final report of Edmond W.Byrum, administra-
<br />tor; that said administrator has accounted for all of said estate which has come into his Pos-
<br />That, in order to raise further moneys for claims and expenses, a license was granted by the
<br />District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, to sell the following described property:
<br />An undivided one -third (1/3) interest in Lots Five (5) and Six (6), Block six (6), original town
<br />of Lone Tree, now Central City, Merrick County, Nebraska.
<br />That the said property above described was sold according to law, and the various and sundry
<br />claims remaining, paid,

<br />East Thirty -one (31) feet of Lot Four (4), in Block Four (4), original town, now city of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />which was the homest6ad, is assigned to the following heirs:

<br />IT IS 'THEREFORE, CONSIDERED, ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED by the Court that the final account
<br />of said Louis A.Holmes, administrator of the estate of Kenneth E.Morris, deceased, be and the
<br />same is hereby in all things approved, confirmed, and allowed; that the said Louis A.Holmes is
<br />hereby discharged from his trust as administrator of said estate, and the sureties on his official
<br />bond are released.
