Thereupon, the Court being fully advised in the premises finds as follows: <br />1. <br />That the final account of the said Louis A.Holmes, administrator of the estate of Kenneth E.Morris, <br />deceased, is in all respects just, true, and correct; that due notice to creditors has been <br />given; that all claims filed were allowed and paid, except the note in the amount of four hundred <br />and twenty -eight ($428.00) dollars, running to Nancy J.Morris, mother of the deceased, against <br />which the widow and heirs of the deceased claimed exemptions under the homestead exemption law <br />and the personal property exemption. <br />11. <br />That the personalty, consisting of one 1930 Chevrolet Sedan automobile, and household goods of <br />the value of one hundred ($100.00) dollars, was assigned to the following heirs; <br />
