<br />a copy of the Last Will and Testament and
<br />ceased died seized and possessed of the following described real estate to -wit:
<br />West Half of the Northwest Quarter (W2NW4) and East Half of Northeast Quarter (E2NE4) of
<br />Probate thereof is embodied in and made a
<br />Section Twenty nine ('29), Township Thirteen (13) North,Range Eight (8),West 6th P.M.,
<br />Merrick County, Nebraska, and
<br />have hereunto set my hand and affixed the
<br />The Northerly Fifty -seven and one -half (57) feet of Lot Eight (8) in Fractional Black
<br />Two (2) of H.G.Clark's Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />day of February, 1940.
<br />and that said premises, according to the provisions of said Last Will, was devised and did pass- .
<br />to the said Otto Wagner as Trustee for the said Ella Frederking, Onon Simonson, Norman Simonson,
<br />Oscar Simonson and Floyd Dammann who is also known as Floyd Damann.

<br />The Court further finds that on the 21st day of February, 1940, an order was made herein
<br />barring all claims not filed against said estate; that all debts and claims filed herein and
<br />day of February, 1940, at 1:00 o'clock P.M.
<br />costs of administration have been paid; that all monies, promissory notes, shares of capital stock
<br />and other personal property which came into the hands of the executor has been properly distribt ed
<br />and accounted for and that the real estate shown in the inventory filed herein has been conveyed
<br />by said Otto Wagner, Trustee, and the proceeds thereof accounted for in accordance with said Last
<br />Will and Testament and that there is no property and there are no funds in the hands of said
<br />Trustee unaccounted for, and that there is nothing due the County Treasurer of said Hall County
<br />for inheritance taxes, said estate being exempt therefrom.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the Final Report of the
<br />Executor in said estate be and the same is hereby approved and allowed as such and that Ella
<br />Frederking, Onon Simonson, Norman Simonson, Oscar Simonson and Floyd Dammann are all and the
<br />only legatees, devisees and heirs -at -law of the said deceased, and that all property belonging
<br />to this estate has been properly accounted for and has been distributed according to the terms and
<br />provisions of said Last Will and Testament and that said legatees have each received their dis-
<br />tributive share as provided in said Will and that an order of discharge be issued to the said
<br />Otto Wagner out of and under the seal of this Court.

<br />MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF SEL1,A SIMONSON, DECEASED, with the original record thereof now remaining
<br />in said Court, that the same is a correct transcript thereof, and of the whole:of such original
<br />record; that said Court is a Court of Record having a seal, which seal is hereto attached; that
<br />said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his own name, and that I am the legal
<br />custodian of said Seal and of the Records of said Court, and that the foregoing attestation is in
<br />due form of law.
