<br />This matter coming on this day to be heard upon the Petition of Anna Herman, there being
<br />present in Court Herbert F.Mayer, her attorney, after an examination of the files and records and
<br />hearing the testimony and argument of counsel, the Court finds:
<br />That on the 10th day of Nouember, 1937, Henry Busse departed this life the owner in fee simple
<br />of Lot 7 in Block 44 of Russel Wheeler's Addition to the City of Grand Island,Nebraska, and that
<br />said lot was a part and parcel of his estate and that according to the terms of the Will of the
<br />said Henry Busse filed, and admitted to probate in this Court on the 12th day of January, 1938,
<br />said lot descended to Johanna Busse, his widow, in fee simple.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the Final Decree filed
<br />June S, 1938, be and the same is hereby amended and that Lot 7 in Block 44 in Russel Wheeler's
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, descended in fee simple to Johanna Busse and to
<br />her heirs forever.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and the seal of the County Court in Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, this 17th day of February, 1940.

<br />MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF HENRY BUSSE, DECEASED, with the original record thereof, now remaining in
<br />said Court, that the same is a correct transcript thereof, and of the whole of such original record;
<br />that said Court is a Court of Record having a seal, which seal is hereto attached; that said Court
<br />has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his own name, and that I am the legal custodian
<br />of said Seal and of the Records of said Court, and that the foregoing attestation is in due form
<br />of law.
