<br />that subsequent to the execution of her Last Will and Testament by Lillie McIntosh and prior to
<br />the time of her death she executed to her sister, Adda Nicolay, a deed to Lot Eight (9) in Block
<br />Ten (10), Rollins Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska, which deed was de-
<br />livered upon her death.
<br />The Court further finds that under the terms and provisions of the Last Will and Testament
<br />of said Lillie McIntosh, deceased, the real estate hereinabove described as the West Forty -four
<br />(W44) feet of Lot Three (3), Block Thirty -three (33), Original Town, now City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, passed and descended to Adda Nicolay by absolute title, to have and to hold
<br />the same forever, and the real estate hereinabove described as Lots Seventy -five (75) and Seventy -
<br />six (76), Belmont Addition to Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, passed and descended to Adda
<br />Nicolay and Albert Schmutz, by absolute title, to have and to hold the same forever.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the Final Report of said Nebraska
<br />Loan & Trust Company of Grand Island, Nebraska, Executor of the Estate of Lillie McIntosh, Deceased,
<br />be, and the same hereby is in all things approved and allowed as and for the Final Report of said
<br />Executor and said estate is hereby ordered settled and closed upon filing of proper receipts from
<br />all of the beneficiaries by the Executor showing payment of all bequests and assignment and delivery
<br />of all remaining property in its hands and on filing of the same said Executor be discharged..
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims
<br />against said estate, if any such there be, are forever barred, enjoined and excluded from setting
<br />up or asserting any such claim against said estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that under the terms and pro-
<br />visions of the Last Will and Testament of said Lillie McIntosh, Deceased, the real estate herein-
<br />above described as the West Forty -four (W44) feet of Lot Three (3), Block Thirty -three (33), Ori-
<br />ginal Town, now City of Grand Island,Hal1 County, Nebraska, passed and descended to Adda Nicolay,
<br />by absolute title, to have and to hold the same forever, and the real estate described as Lots
<br />Seventy -five (75) and Seventy -six (76), Belmont Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, passed and descended to Adda Nicolay and Albert Schmutz by absolute title, share and
<br />share alike, to have and to hold the same forever.

<br />having a seal which seal is hereto attached; that said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign cer-
<br />tificates in his own name, and that I am the legal custodian of said Seal and of the Records of
<br />said Court, and that the foregoing attestation is in due form of law.
