<br />OF
<br />LILLIE McINTOSH
<br />I, Lillie McIntosh, of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, being of sound mind and dispos-
<br />ing mtm6ry,. do make, publish and declare this my last will and testament.
<br />FIRST: I direct that my just debts, funeral expenses, and expenses of my last illness bd first paid
<br />by my executor hereinafter named.
<br />SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath to my niece Pearl Olsen, all of my Central Power Stock, she to
<br />have the same absolutely.
<br />THIRD: I give, devise and bequeath to my brother Albert C.Schmutz, all of my Occidental Building and
<br />Loan stock, he to have the same absolutely.
<br />FOURTH: I give, devise and bequeath to Burk L.Pinkerton, husband of my deceased sister, Rosa, and
<br />to his three children Lina Allison, Doyle Pinkerton and Maurice Pinkerton, the sum of One Hundred
<br />Twenty -five Dollars ($125.00) to each of them.
<br />FIFTH: I give, devise and bequeath to my sister Adda Nicolay of Grand Island, Nebraska, Lot Three
<br />(3), in Block Thirty -three (33), Original Town, now City of Grand Island,Nebraska, and Lot Eight
<br />(9), in Block Ten (10), Rollins Addition to the City of Grand Island,Nebraska; also all furniture,
<br />furnishings, fixtures and personal property in my home, at the time of my death.
<br />SIXTH: All the rest, residue and remainder of my property, owned by me at the time of my death, I
<br />give, devise and bequeath to my brother, Albert Schmutz, and my sister Adda Nicolay, share and share
<br />alike. In the event of the death of either of them, I direct that the survivor shall receive the
<br />entire residue.
<br />SEVENTH: I give, devise and bequeath to Rev. Edgar White, the sum of $25.00.
<br />EIGHTH: I hereby revoke any and all former wills by me made.
<br />NINTH: I hereby name, nominate and appoint the Nebraska Loan and Trust Company of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska, executor of this my last will and testament.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto signed my name to the foregoing instrument consisting of
<br />one page of typewritten matter on this 2nd day of May, 1936.
