<br />FINAL DECREE.
<br />OF LEO A.WESTOVER, DECEASED. )
<br />Now on this 25th day of October, 1939, this matter came on to be heard on the final account and
<br />petition for discharge of Mabel Westover, executrix of the estate of Leo A.Westover, deceased,
<br />and for the distribution of the personal property of said estate, the assignment of the real
<br />dstate of said estate, and the evidence, and was submitted to the Court; on consideration whereof
<br />the Court finds that due and legal notice of the time and place of hearing on said final account
<br />and petition for discharge has been given to all persons interested in said estate, as provided
<br />by law. Thereupon, the Court being fully advised in the premises finds as follows:
<br />1.
<br />That the final account of the said Mabel Westover, executrix of the estate of Leo A.Westover,
<br />deceased, is in all respects just, true, and correct; that due notice to creditors has been given;
<br />that all claims,namely, funeral expenses, court costs, and attorney's fee, against said estate
<br />have been duly paid and satisfied.

<br />That the only personalty was a Union Pacific pay check in the amount of one hundred and twenty-
<br />six ($126.00) dollars, which went to pay part of the general expenses.

<br />The Court further finds that said deceased was the fee owner at the time of his death of the
<br />following described real estate, to -wit:
<br />Lots four (4), five (5), six (6), seven (7), eight (8), nine (9), and ten (10), in Block fifty -
<br />nine (59), of Wheeler and Bennett's Addition to the City of Grand Island, County of Hall, State
<br />of Nebraska.
<br />which, according to the terms and provisions of the last Will and Testament of said deceased,
<br />descends and is assigned to the following heirs, as follows, to -wit:
<br />One- fourth (1/4) to be divided equally among Margaret Westover, a daughter; Leona Westover, a
<br />daughter; Willard Westover, a son; Donald Westover, a son; and Helen Westover, a daughter,
<br />The rest, residue, and remainder of said estate is bequeathed to Mabel Westover, wife.

<br />IT IS THEREFORE considered, ordered, adjudged and decreed by the Court that the final account
<br />of said Mabel Westover, executrix of the estate of Leo A.Westover, deceased, be and the same
<br />is hereby in all things approved, confirmed, and allowed; that the said Mabel Westover is hereby
<br />discharged from her trust as executrix of said estate and sureties on her official bond are re-
<br />leased.

<br />Final Decree IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF LEO A.WESTOVER, DECEASED, with the original record
<br />thereof, now remaining in said Court, that the same is a correct transcript thereof, and of the
<br />whole of such original record; that said Court is a Court of Record having a seal, which seal
<br />is hereto attached; that said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his own name,
<br />and that I am the legal custodian of said Seal and of the Records of said Court, and that the
<br />foregoing attestation is in due form of law.
