<br />WILL AND DECREE
<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF LEO A.WESTOVER.
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That I. Leo. A.Westover, being of sound mind and disposing
<br />memory to make, publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament iri the manner and form fol-
<br />lowing:
<br />1. I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be first paid by my Executrix herein-
<br />after named.
<br />11. I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved children, Margaret, Leona, Willard, Donald and
<br />Helen, an undivided one — fourth of my estate both real and personal, the same to be divided equally
<br />among the above named children.
<br />111. All of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate both real and personal, I give, devise
<br />and bequeath to my beloved wife, Mabel Westover.
<br />1V. -I hereby name, nominate and appoint my beloved wife Mabel Westover, Executrix of this my
<br />Last Will and Testament, and I hereby authorize her to sell and convey any part or all of my real
<br />estate and any part or all of my personal property of which I die possessed wit%lout application to
<br />or authority from any court whatsoever. My intention being to give to her absolute and unlimited
<br />power to sell and convey and transfer any or all of my estate without any restrictions whatsoever.
<br />I further direct that she shall not be required to give bond as such Executrix.
<br />V. I hereby revoke any and all former wills by me made.
<br />-IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto affixed my hand and seal to the foregoing instrument con-
<br />sisting of one page of typewritten matter, this 18th day of June, A.D. 1924, at Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska.

<br />We, whose names are hereto subscribed, do hereby certify that Leo A.Westover, the Testator,
<br />signed his name to the foregoing instrument consisting of one page of typewritten matter, in our
<br />presence and in the presence of each of us and he at the same time declared the said instrument to
<br />be his Last Will and Testament and we at his request and in his presence did sign our names hereto
<br />as attesting witnesses.

<br />I. Paul N.Kirk, Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby certify that on
<br />the 15th day of April 1939, the instrument purportiftg to be the last will and testament of Leo A.
<br />Westover, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 10th day of May 1939, said
<br />instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as the last
<br />will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Leo A.Westover, deceased, and the same
<br />was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.
