<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ES'T'ATE OF
<br />JOSEPHINE SEALIFG,DECEASED, ; DECREE OF HEIRSHIP -\
<br />Now onthis 31st day of January,1940,this cause came on for hearing before the Court on the petit-
<br />ion of Charley W.F.Sealing and the Court finds that dtie and legal notice of the time,place and
<br />purpose of this hearing has been given to all persons interested in said estate,both creditors
<br />and heirs at law,in the manner provided by law.
<br />The Court finds that Josephine Sealing departed this life on the 24th day of June,1935,intestate,
<br />and a resident of Hall County,Nebraska,That at the time of her death she was seized and possessed
<br />of An undivided one -half O interest in fee,to the South Half of the Southeast Quarter (SJ SEJ)
<br />of Section Twenty -eight (28),and the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NE4 NEJ) of
<br />Section Thirty -three (33),all in Township Nine (9),Range Eleven (11),Hall County,Nebraska.
<br />That the petitioner is a son of said deceased and by reason thereof the owner of an undivided
<br />interest In said premises.
<br />The court finds that no administration has been had upon the estate of said deceased in the State
<br />of Nebraska and no application or proceedings for administration have been commenced or are now
<br />pending in this State.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Josephine Sealing left surviving her,as her sole and only
<br />heir at law,and the only person entitled to participate in her estate,the petitioner,Charley W.F.
<br />Sealing,and that the deceased left no other child or children nor any issue of any predeeeaedd
<br />child.That said heir is of full legal age.
<br />The Court finds that the funeral expenses of
<br />and expenses of administration have been pai
<br />estate of said deceased.That there more than
<br />deceased and no claims are now provable.That
<br />that neither said estate nor the heir at law
<br />no necessity exists for administration.
<br />said deceased, have been paid and that the Court costs
<br />i and that there are now existing no debts against the
<br />two years have elapsed since the death of the said
<br />there is no personal property to be administered and
<br />are subject to estate or inheritance taxes,and that
<br />IT IS,THEREFORE,CONSIDERED,ADJU DGED AND DECREED by the Court that the said Josephine Sealing died
<br />as above set forth;that she left surviving her as her sole and only heir at law and the only person
<br />entitled to participate in her estate,the person whose name and kinship is as above found;that the
<br />lands and premises above described do pass and descend to the child above named,in accordance with
<br />the Intestate Laws of Nebraska in force at the time of the death of the deceased.
<br />That no necessity exists for administration,and that administration be dispensed with.That neither
<br />said estate nor the heir at law is subject to estate or inheritance taxes,that no claims are now
<br />provable,and that any and all claims against said estate be and are forever barred.
