<br />DECREE DETERMINING HEIRSHIP.,
<br />Now on this 24th day of January, 1940, this matter came on for hearing on the petition of Julia
<br />Halstead, for the determination of heirship of the estate of Robert Halstead, deceased, and was
<br />submitted to the Court. Julia Halstead appeared in person and by S.J.Shada, her attorney.
<br />It appearing from the record and files in said matter that notice of the time and place fixed for
<br />the hearing on said petition has been given by publication thereof as by order of said court here-
<br />tofore made and entered, whereupon Julia Halstead was sworn and testified. On consideration of the
<br />eviddnce the court finds that said Robert Halstead, departed this life intestate on the 21st day
<br />of April, 1927, that said Robert Halstead was at the date of his death a resident and inhabitant
<br />of the said county of Hal]_ and State of Nebraska. and died seized of an estate of inheritance in
<br />the following described real estate, to -wit: Lot Six (6) Block Thirteen (13), Packer and Barr's
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, that more than two years have elapsed
<br />since the death of the said Robert Halstead, and no application for the appointment of an adminis-
<br />trator of his estate has been made in this state by any heirs or persons claiming to be creditors
<br />of said deceased. That said premises constituted the homestead of said decedent. That Julia Hal-
<br />stead of Grand Island,Nebraska, is the widow of said Robert Halstead, and that Lester Emmett Hal-
<br />stead., Erma LeMaster, and Everett Halstead, are children and sole heirs of said Robert Halstead
<br />and sons and daughter of said decedent, and of lawful age.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED A1D ADJUDGED that the said Julia Halstead be assigned a homestead in
<br />said premises, and that the remainder in said estate be assigned as follows, to said Julia Halstead
<br />a one -third interest therein to Lester Emmett Halstead 4 /18ths, interest therein, to Erma LeMaster,
<br />4 /1$ths, interest therein, to Everett Halstead, 4 /18ths. interest therein.
