<br />IN THE COITNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF : FINAL DECREE
<br />FRED HALD, DECEASED.
<br />Now on this 6tH. day of January„ 1939., this cause came on for hearing upon the final report filed
<br />herein by Edmund Fredrick Hald, executor of the estate of Fred Hald, deceased, together with his
<br />petition for the approval and allowance of his report, settlement of said estate, and his discharge
<br />herein. And the Court having; examined said report, together with the vouchers attached thereto, and
<br />being fully advised to the premises, finds as follows:
<br />That the said Fred Hald departed this life on the 24th day'of February, 1935, a resident of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, leaving a Last Will and Testament which was admitted to probate in this Court on
<br />the 3rd day of March, 1938, and Edmund Fredrick.Hald named executor therein qualified as such.
<br />That notice was given to all persons having cll,tims against said estate, and time for filing said
<br />claims having fully expired, all persons having claims against said estate not' filed within the
<br />time provided by order of Court, if any such there be, should be forever barred from setting up or
<br />asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />That said decedent departed this life leaving as his heirs at law, devisees, legatees, and only
<br />persons entitled to participate in the assets of said estate, George Hald, a brother of Glendale,
<br />California, Charles O.Hald, a brother of Grand Island,Nebraska, Edmund Frederick Hald, a nephew,
<br />of Grand Island, Nebraska, Charles A.Hald, a nephew, of Grand Island, Nebraska, Marjorie Hald,
<br />a niece, of Grand Island, Nebraska, and Helen Hald, a niece, of Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br />Th at said decedent departed this life the owner of an estate consisting of both real and personal
<br />property.
<br />The personal property being cash in the First National Bank ariiounting to $167.58, was fully ex-
<br />pended in administering this estate, and that the real estate described as Lot Six (6), Block
<br />Ninety -tvTo (92) Original Town, now City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; The West Six (6)
<br />Feet of Lot Seven (7), Block Ninety -two (92), Original Town, now City of Grand Island,Hall County,
<br />Nebraska; Lot One (1), Block Two (2), Lambert's Second Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska; The Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SEJ,SWa),Section Thirteen (13),
<br />Township Thirty -two (32), Range Forty (40), Malheur County, Oregon; Lot Seventeen (17), Block
<br />Three Hundred eleven (311), Lakeview, Lake County, Oregon did pass and descend, under the terms
<br />and provisions of said Will, to his nephew, Edmund Frederick Hald., in fee simple title.
<br />That said estate has been appraised and is not subject to the payment of any inheritance tags,
<br />either by virtue of the laws of the State of Nebras'F.a or the United States government and that the
<br />final report filed herein by Edmund Frederick Hald, executor, should be approved and allowed as and
<br />for his final. report, said estate settled and closed, said executor discharged, and his bond re-
<br />leased from any further liability in said matter.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims against
<br />said estate not filed within the time provided by order of this Court, if any such there be, are
<br />hereby barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report filed herein by
<br />Edmund Frederick Hald, executor, be and tree same is hereby approved and allowed, as and for his
<br />final report, said estate settled and closed and said executor discharged and his bond released
<br />from any further liability in-Raid matter, and that the real estate herein before described did
<br />pass and descend to the decedent's nephew, Edmund Frederick Hald in fee simple title, according to
<br />the terms and provisions of said decedent's Will.
