<br />I, Fred Fiald, being of sound mind and disposing memory do hereby make, publish and declare this
<br />to be my Last Will and 'Testament, hereby revoking any and all former Wills by me made in manner elnd
<br />form following, that is to say:
<br />1.
<br />I hereby give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved nephew, Edmund Frederick Hald, any and all real
<br />estate of which I may possess upon my demise, both in Hall County, Nebraska, or in any State or
<br />County; he to assume any and all obligations against said real estate and against me personally;
<br />also any moneys on deposit in any bank or depository wherever situate.
<br />2.
<br />I hereby nominate and appoint Edmund Frederick Hald executor of this my Last Will and Testament
<br />and request that he be allowed to serve without bond.
<br />Dated at Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska, this 19th day of February, 1939.
