464 <br />I'' <br />THE AUGUSTINE CO. 18800.12.98 <br />for filing claims against said estate by publishing the same for three (3) successive weeks in the <br />Grand Island Daily Independent, a legal newspaper, as provided by law, and that all persons having <br />claims against said estate, not filed within the time fixed by the Court, if any such there be, are <br />forever barred, excluded and enjoined from setting up or asserting any such claims against said <br />estate. <br />That said deceased departed this life leaving her surviving as her heirs at law, and only heirs at <br />law, legatees, devisees, and persons entitled to share in her said estate, the following: <br />Clyde McKinney Jr., minor son of the age of 14 years, and Donald Robert McKinney, minor son of the <br />age of 5 years, both of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />The Court further finds that said deceased died the owner of an estate situated in said County and <br />consisting of both personal and real property, which said personal property was reduced to cash <br />In the amount of $854.03, all of which was expended in payment of claims against said estate and <br />the costs and expenses of administration; said real estate b6ing described as follows: <br />Lot Two (2), Block Thirteen (13), Bonnie Brae's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, and, <br />An undivided One -third (113) interest in Lot Three and Fractional Lots Four, Five and Six (4,5,6), <br />all in Block Four (4), Evans' Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,and, <br />An undivided One -sixth (1/6) interest in Lot One (1) and the Easterly One -half (EJ) of Lot Two (2) <br />Block Forty -five (45), of the Original Town, now City, of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska and <br />An undivided One -sixth (1/6) interest in Lots Seven and Eight (7 & 8), Block Forty -five (45), <br />Original Town, now City, of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />and that said real estate did pass and descend to Clyde McKinney Jr. and Donald Robert McKinney, <br />minor sons of said deceased, to each an undivided one -half interest. <br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and <br />place for hearing on said final report by publication of said notice for three (3) successive <br />weeks in the Grand Island Daily Independent,. a legal nespaper, as by law required, and no one <br />appearing to object to said report, and the Court having examined the same, together with the <br />vouchers attached thereto,- finds that said report is true and correct in all things and 'should.-be <br />approved and allowed as and for said administrator's final report; that there is no tax due the <br />State of Nebraska or the United States under the Inheritance Tax saws, and that said estate should <br />be settled and the administrator discharged. <br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims against <br />said estate not filed and allowed within the time fixed b� the Court, if any such there be, are <br />forever barred, excluded and enjoined from setting up or asserting any such claims against said <br />estate; it is further ordered that the final report filed herein by William P.Mullen, administrator, <br />be and the same is hereby in all things, approved and allowed as and for said administrator's <br />final report, and said estate is hereby settled and. closed and said administrator fully discharged. <br />It is further ordered that the real estate, hereinbefore described, owned by the deceased at the <br />time of her death did pass and descend under and by virtue of the Statutes of Descent of the State <br />of Nebraska, as hereinbefore found by the Court, and distribution thereof is accordingly made. <br />BY THE COURT <br />Paul N.Kirk <br />COUNTY JUDGE <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />CERTIFICATE. <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA )Gs I, Paul N.Kirk, County Judge of Hall County, Nebraska, do hereby certify <br />HALL COUNTY )� that I have compared the foregoing copy of Final Decree entered IN THE <br />MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF MINYIE MUKINNEY, DECEASED, with the original record thereof, now remaining <br />in said Court, that the same is a correct transcript thereof, and of the whole of such original <br />record; that said Court is a Court of Record having a seal, which seal is hereto attached; that <br />said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his own name, and that I am the legal <br />custodian of said Seal and of the Records of said Court, and that the foregoing attestation is in <br />due form of low. <br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court, at <br />Grand.
