COU1,1 TY COURT OF HtjLL COUN`T'Y, NEBRASKA <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF <br />FINAL DECREE <br />MINNIE MCKINNEY, DECEASED. <br />Now on this 16" day of August 1939, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report filed <br />herein by William P.Mullen, administrator of the estate of Minnie McKinney, deceased, and upon <br />the approval and allowance of said report, settlement of said estate and his discharge, and the <br />Court being fully advised in the premises finds as follows::That Minnie McKinney departed this life <br />on the 6th day of January, 1937, intestate, and at that time was a resident of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, and was the owner of an estate to be administered in said County; that Walter McKinney, <br />next friend of Clyde McKinney Jr. and Donald Robert McKinney, minor sons of the deceased, filed <br />his petition in this Court on the 11" day of January, 1937, praying for administration of said <br />estate, that upon reading and filing said petition an order was entered fixing the time and place <br />for hearing evidence in support of said petition giving notice_ thereof to all interested parties, <br />by publication of said notice for three (3) successive weeks in the Grand Island Daily Independent, <br />a legal newspaper published and circulated in said County, and that said hearing was held as hereto- <br />fore ordered by the Court, and as by law required, and Letters of Administration were granted to <br />William P.Mullen upon the filing of his bond in this Court and the same being approved, as by law <br />required. <br />That due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and place fixed by the Court <br />
