<br />shares (reissued stock) in the Chapman Co- Operative Mercantile Association.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED, ORDERED AND DECREED by the Court that the accounting of the Executor
<br />be and hereby is approved; that the real estate above described be and hereby is assigned to the
<br />CD
<br />four children above named, in equal shares, as tenants-,in common, according to the provisions of
<br />the Will and the intestate laws of the State of Nebraska; that the money on hand be distributed
<br />equally, one - fourth each, being the sum of $91.21 to each of the four children above named; that
<br />the other personal property be assigned in accordance with the findings of Paragraph Ten of this
<br />decree, and that the executor be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute all endorsements
<br />and assignments necessary to effect the same; and that upon the completion of said distribution and
<br />the filing of proper receipts, the executor and his bond be discharged from further liability herein.

<br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF
<br />FINAL DECREE
<br />MINNIE MCKINNEY, DECEASED.
<br />Now on this 16" day of August 1939, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report filed
<br />herein by William P.Mullen, administrator of the estate of Minnie McKinney, deceased, and upon
<br />the approval and allowance of said report, settlement of said estate and his discharge, and the
<br />Court being fully advised in the premises finds as follows::That Minnie McKinney departed this life
<br />on the 6th day of January, 1937, intestate, and at that time was a resident of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, and was the owner of an estate to be administered in said County; that Walter McKinney,
<br />next friend of Clyde McKinney Jr. and Donald Robert McKinney, minor sons of the deceased, filed
<br />his petition in this Court on the 11" day of January, 1937, praying for administration of said
<br />estate, that upon reading and filing said petition an order was entered fixing the time and place
<br />for hearing evidence in support of said petition giving notice_ thereof to all interested parties,
<br />by publication of said notice for three (3) successive weeks in the Grand Island Daily Independent,
<br />a legal newspaper published and circulated in said County, and that said hearing was held as hereto-
<br />fore ordered by the Court, and as by law required, and Letters of Administration were granted to
<br />William P.Mullen upon the filing of his bond in this Court and the same being approved, as by law
<br />required.
<br />That due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and place fixed by the Court
