<br />Claus Franzenburg, Deceased. )
<br />Now on this 19th day of December, A.D. 19391 this cause and matter came on for hearing upon the
<br />petition of the Executor, Wilhelm Wenn, for approval of his final account filed herein, for an
<br />order of distribution and for closing of administration, and the court being fully advised in the
<br />premises and upon due consideration thereof finds:
<br />FIRST.
<br />That due and legal notice as required by law and the order of this court has been given to all
<br />persons interested in the estate of Claus Franzenburg, deceased, upon the hearing on the petition
<br />for approval of the final account, for an order of distribution, and for closing of administration,
<br />and that no objections thereto have been filed.
<br />SECOND.
<br />That due and legal notice for the filing of claims as required by law and the order of this court
<br />has been given and that all claims filed have been paid and that all claims not fil -ed have been
<br />barred by proper order of this court, and that all costs of administration have been paid.
<br />THIRD. e
<br />That there is no inheritance tax, income tax or state tax due the State of Nebraska nor the
<br />United States Government nor chargeable against said estate nor any interest therein nor -any por-r
<br />tion thereof.
<br />FOURTH.
<br />That on the 2$th day of November, 1939, the Executor herein filed his final account and that he has
<br />accounted for all property of said estate which has come into his hands or under his control and
<br />that the charges of said Executor for disbursements are just and legal charges and that he has in
<br />his hands the sum of 0364.83 for distribution.
<br />FIFTH.
<br />That Claus Franzenburg died testate and that his Last Will and Testament has been duly admitted to
<br />probate in this court; that he left surviving him his widow, Emilie Franzenburg; and the following
<br />named children, to -wit: Anna Hill, formerly Anna Peters, daughter, and who is referred to as Anna
<br />Peters in said Last Will and Testament, Herbert Franzenburg, a son, Martha Ellen Franzenburg, a
<br />daughter, and Norma Jean Franzenburg, a daughter, and that the above named widow and children are
<br />the sole and only heirs at law of Clause Franzenburg, deceased, and the sole and only legatees and
<br />deceased and -the same
<br />was admitted to probate and duly recorded
<br />in this office.
