45 <br />No. 7 HALL COUNTY <br />I, Paul N.Kirk, Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby certify that on the <br />28th day of February, 1939, duly authenticated copies of an instrument purporting to be the last <br />will and testament of W.H.Barton, deceased, were filed for probate in this Court. That on the <br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA F I L E D MAR 23, 1939 PAUL N.KIRK COUNTY JUDGE. <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />In the Matter of the Estate ) <br />of ) FINAL DECREE. <br />W.H.Barton, Deceased. ) <br />Now on this 13th day of September, 1939, this cause came on to be heard on the final report of <br />B.J.Cunningham, administrator with the will annexed of the estate of W.H.Barton, deceased, and it <br />appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that notice had been given to all persons interested <br />in said estate of the filing of said report and the time appointed for final settlement of said <br />estate by publication, as required by the order of this Court under date of August 12, 1939, and <br />it further appeared that no objections or protests were filed to the allowance of said report. <br />On examination thereof, the Court finds that said administrator with the will annexed has accounted <br />for all of the estate which came into his hands or under his control, and that his report is cor- <br />rect in all respects and ought to be allowed. <br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that the report of B.J.Cunningham, <br />administrator with the will annexed of said estate be and the same is hereby approved and allowed <br />as for his final report and that he should be discharged as such administrator will the will annexed <br />and his bond released. <br />The Court further finds that notice was given to all creditors of said deceased of the time <br />allowed and place appointed for filing claims against the estate of said deceased; that the <br />time so allowed for filing claims has fully expired; that all claims outstanding against said <br />deceased not so filed, if any such there be, are forever barred and excluded; and that all claims <br />filed against said estate have been fully paid and satisfied. <br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that all persons are forever barred <br />from filing or setting up any claim or demand against the estate of W.H.Barton, deceased. <br />The Court further finds that the said W.H.Barton, deceased, departed this life on the 14th of, <br />January, 1931 and at the time of his death, was a resident and inhabitant of Henry County,Iowa; <br />that he left a last will and testament which was duly admitted to probate, in accordance with the <br />laws of the State of Iowa, on the 14th day of February, 1931. <br />The Court further finds that a duly authenticated copy of said Will and the order admitting the <br />same to probate was filed in the office of the County Judge of Hall County, Nebraska, on February <br />28, 1939;
