<br />Federal estate tax;that all debts and claims against said estate snot filed or allowed,if any there
<br />be are forever barred ;that the undivided one.half interest of the deceased as tenant in common in
<br />said Lot Four (4) , in Block Ten (10) , in Russel Wheeler's Addition to the City of Grand I sland,in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska,passed and descended in fee simple to Hannah F . Ca.mpbell,widow of the testator,
<br />under the last will of the deceased and the Statute of Wills of Nebraska and the same is hereby
<br />so awarded and allotted to her;that said estate has been fully administered,distributed and accomnt-
<br />ed for pursuant to the terms of the will of deceased and the order of the court,except said _causes
<br />of action for injury and death of the testator by wrongful act for the prosecution of which and.
<br />accounting thereon jurisdiction is retained.

<br />This matter coming on further to be heard upon the settlement of the cause of action for said
<br />decedent3;s death,the Court finds that said Executrix,Hannah F.Campb ell,has made a full and oom-
<br />plete settlement of said cause of action with the approval of this Court and an order was entered
<br />by the Court on the 14th day of December,1939 ;approving said settlement and discharging said
<br />Executrix from any further liability in said matter.
