<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT. 1 V°
<br />I, Archie D. Campbell,of the city of Grand Island,in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska,
<br />considering the uncertainty of this mortal life,and being of sound mind and memory,do make,publish
<br />and declare this,my last will and testament,in manner and form following,that is to say:
<br />Item First:
<br />I will and direct that my funeral eharges,the expense of administering my estate and al14'-x'4'just
<br />debts be paid out of my personal property and if that be insufficient,I authorize and direct my
<br />beloved wife,Hannah F.Campbell to sell so much of my real estate as may be necessary to pay the
<br />same.
<br />It en Second.
<br />I give the custody of my infant child,Margaret,during her minority and while she remains unmarr-
<br />ied to my beloved wife.
<br />Item Third.
<br />Having confidence in the business ability and prudent management of my said wife,I hereby give,
<br />devise and bequeath to my beloved wife,Hann4h F. Campbell,all my estate both real and personal
<br />which I now have or may hereafter acquire.
<br />Item Fourth.
<br />I appoint my wife,Hannah F.Campbell,executor of this my last will and testament and direct that
<br />she shall not be required to give bond as administratrix.I hereby revoke all former wills made
<br />by me.
<br />In witness whereof,I have hereunto subscribed my name this 23rd day of November,1910.

<br />I,Paul N.Kirk,Judge of the County Court in and for said County,
<br />do hereby certify that on the 12th day of March 1936,the instrument purporting to be the last will
<br />and testament of Archie D. Campbell,deceased,was filed for probate in this Oouxj;. That on the 7th
<br />day of April 1936,said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved,probated
<br />and allowed as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Archie D.Campbell,
<br />deceased,and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.
